L’outil de vente terrain d’Orange (OVTO) a été conçu afin de faciliter la vente des produits Broadband fixe à travers le territoire sénégalais.Elle assurera l’autonomie du vendeur et un meilleur suivi pour les partenaires de vente.
L’outil est décliné sous deux formats :
• La version App : disponible pour le vendeur Terrain Orange (VTO) et le partenaire de vente (PVT).
• La version Web : disponible pour les acteurs intervenant dans la gestion des ventes des produits Broadband fixe au sein de la SONATEL.
Les deux profils concernés par l’utilisation de l’App OVTO sont le Vendeur Terrain Orange (VTO) et le Partenaire de Vente Terrain (PVT).
A travers cet App, le VTO peut :
• Saisir une demande
• Suivre l’évolution de sa demande
• Traiter les demandes bloquées
• Accéder au tableau de bord de ses demandes
Quant au PVT, il pourra aussi :
• Accéder à son tableau de bord
• Débloquer l’accès de ses VTOs
• Créer des accès pour les VTOs nouvellement inscrits
• Accéder aux demandes saisies par ses VTOs
