How to install GoMLS APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download GoMLS APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files

1 ★Very slow, buggy, user interface is dreadful compared to the previous app. Why replace the perfectly good app with this trash I don't know?!! Ability to search and narrow results was so much better on the previous app. There is so much less usable functionality on this one and it is a shoddy replacement for the old version.
1 ★This app is insufficient for a real estate agent to use on the road. There is no way to access showing information provided by the listing agent, and this is critical when scheduling appointments on the fly. The old app was lacking, but much better than this.
1 ★This app is awful. It rarely opens (just gets stuck on the CanopyMLS opening page), and when it does open, it's not very responsive (ie it takes multiple "clicks" to get things to work) and it randomly shuts down. It's obvious there was very little testing (if any) before pushing this out.
3 ★Easier to log in and get to a property search then NTREIS GO, which is nice. I still have to go into public records to find out what kind of foundation the property has. It would be nice if the user had some control over what information was displayed, and it would be convenient if it would save recent searches.
1 ★This app is absolutely terrible. If Palm Beach does not fix this issue we will be taking our business to MIAMI MLS or we damand a refund for membership dues for every month that your app costs us in lost business. We were forced to use this new app (as they shut our old app down). It is not user friendly and confusing. We can't share content with clients and the search is laggy and crashes. Please enable the old app and delete this terrible program. We can't conduct business like this.
1 ★The previous GoMLS app was better. This app crashes and creating searches is much more difficult. You cannot search by building address for condos since it recommends specific units, and point of interest gives you all the buildings nearby. Interface is nicer but user experience is more difficult.
1 ★Horrible app. It doesn't have a simple search criteria, making useless to realtors. We pay so much money for the association fee, and ge this ineffective app. The old app was pretty good and got the work done. Uninstalling, and sending a complaint to the association of realtors.
1 ★Wow the negative review are all correct... I thought I'd see for myself with the thought of "It couldn't be that bad..." but it is that bad... Horridly Bad!!!! I'm shocked at the number of positive review but I can only assume that most of the positives must be fakes... This is the worst app I've ever experienced... This comes from someone that is licensed in multiple states and have experience with at least 1/2 dozen mls' and their systems and apps over the years...
1 ★I will assume the issue is my phone not the app because an app can't be that bad. Although the old GoMLSMiami worked, I always thought the old was a bad app because it was unstable and crashed frequently. But this one is pure garbage. What a shame. Back to browser again.
1 ★This is worse than the previous HG MLS App for agents. Wondering who is behind all these nonsense ? There are thousands of agents who are paying so much money for the MLS system and working hard to bringing all these property info to these systems, but the system people don't want bring a good App or service . The designers of this App completely forgotten about the clients and purpose of the App, instead of they are seems self serving just to capture the users info for additional revenue.
2 ★Anytime I try to do a new search and type in the county I want to search in the search bar, it doesn't search that county. Instead it searches the space you see on the map instead. If I didn't already have saved searches from the old app, I wouldn't be able to do a search. This needs to get fix ASAP
1 ★Horrible app, for the amount we pay in dues per year we should have the best app available to be able to do our jobs. Over 1million agents paying 900 dollars a years? Almost 1b and this is what we get?
