تطبيق " حكومي" هو البوابة الموحدة للبيانات والطلبات والمعاملات التي توفرها الحكومة الفلسطينية للمواطنين عبر الانترنت كخدمات استعلامية وكقناة لتقديم طلبات خاصة بمعاملات الدوائر الحكومية. يوفر تطبيق "حكومي" ومن خلال الهواتف الذكية مجموعة من الخدمات المتعلقة بالمواطنين أبرزها:خدمة بياناتي: حيث يتمكن المواطن من الوصول لكافة البيانات الخاصة به والمتوفرة في الدوائر والمؤسسات الحكومية (بيانات السجل المدني – بيانات التقارير الطبية – بيانات رخص القيادة وترخيص المركبات – بيانات المؤهلات العلمية – بيانات الأراضي المسجلة - بيانات الشركات – عقود الزواج والطلاق وغيرها)
خدمة معاملات: حيث يوفر التطبيق للمواطن كافة المعاملات الحكومية المقدمة من المواطن لدى الدوائر والوزرات المختصة
خدمة استعلاماتي: حيث يتح التطبيق كافة السجلات الاستعلامية الموجه لمواطن (موعد صرف المنحة القطرية - وغيرها)
خدمة الذمم والقضايا: توفر الخدمة مجموعة القيود المالية والذمم المسجلة كمديونات على المواطنين طرف الدوائر الحكومية بالإضافة الى المخالفات المرورية وقائمة بالقضايا المرفوعة في المحاكم والدوائر العدلية
