Thanks to the Work Status available on myWorkhera, function managers and HR always have a clear overview of the company's situation.
Desk Booking: helps employees easily and immediately search and book their workspace, providing the company with monitoring tools that assist in managing the flow of people in offices and improving safety conditions.
Room Booking: helps employees easily and immediately search and book meeting rooms. It is possible to check the availability of meeting rooms and to select an available one; the system will be updated in real-time, and lights and indicators positioned outside and inside the meeting rooms will indicate its occupancy status.
Find a Colleague: facilitates organization and collaboration among colleagues, by allowing to be aware of the presence in the office of people who have given their consent.
