L'applicazione mobile BariUnica raccoglie in un unico strumento accessibile tutti i servizi online offerti dal Comune di Bari alla cittadinanza. Si tratta di un catalogo completo dei portali e delle applicazioni comunali, che include anche un servizio di segnalazione diretta all'URP.Facile da consultare, la Homepage riporta l’indice complessivo delle piattaforme digitali che il Comune di Bari rende disponibili online ai cittadini. Funge quindi da punto di ingresso unico ai circuiti digitali dell'Amministrazione, attraverso funzioni di ordinamento e ricerca rapida su tutti i contenuti relativi ai servizi.
L'App è interattiva nella misura in cui consente al cittadino di segnalare eventuali disservizi o situazioni da attenzionare. E' possibile anche specificare la posizione geografica tramite stradario e allegare una foto.
Compilando l'apposito Form con i propri dati personali, l'interazione avvia un processo di lavorazione presso il gruppo di competenza del Comune che la prende in carico, generando la relativa notifica.
