4 ★Nearly perfect (1) Could not upgrade through the app because when it attempt to verify my Google play account it doesn't allow me to enter my full password. (2) needs the option to automatically announce it is recording an incoming call. Otherwise, I'd give it five stars.
4 ★Good day to you, I have been using the trial version of ARC. however since installation I no longer get a beep that informs me of an incoming call, when I am on a call. Hence the app has somehow affected how my call waiting works. The incoming call is shown on the screen, but if I am not looking at the screen at that time then I miss the call. This glitch is some how causing a problem and affecting my decision to purchase the full version. A waiting your response and solution to this issue. Thank you.
1 ★After film ware (newest updated Android os) is upgraded it only records one side. I've paid for this app and it doesn't even work. Also, sent them emails with no response. They should fix there app or not claim it records both conversations.
1 ★The recorder worked well at first. I paid for the pro version and all was fine until I upgraded my android to Marshmallow operating system. Then it only recorded my side of the conversations. I emailed them for help but they didn't answer my emails. I did a little digging online and finally found a partial fix by changing file format in settings to AMR. Now at least I am recording both sides of the conversation, but the volume is very low. Steer clear of this one.
1 ★EDIT: stopped recording other side of call on my S5 after the marshmallow update. Then I got an S7 and it worked great until the nougat update! History repeats itself - only records my side again. Cannot get the author's attention about this. ---------------------------------------------------------- I love everything about this app! 5 stars! I don't think I've ever said that about anything. :)
1 ★Premium version worked perfectly on my S4 for 3 years flawlessly. Swapped in to my Note 4 with 6.0.1 and the other party is hardly heard. Checked almost every setting but no improvement. Hopefully this gets fixed soon as its a shame having to ditch such a powerful software after 3 years of usage.
1 ★App used to work great on my previous phones. I even upgraded to the premium version. Once I got the Galaxy S8, I can't hear the other person's voice on the calls. I've tried changing the settings for the audio source as it says, none of them work. I have to use a different app, since this has been an issue for months.
2 ★I rated this 5 stars once because it worked flawlessly. But now that I REALLY needed a recording for legal purposes... I find that it can only record my side. I've tried fiddling with the mic settings and nothing helps. It records fine when I'm taking directly with the handset, but not worth a darn with bluetooth which I'm on 90% of the time. It used to work fine with the Bluetooth. Please fix.
1 ★I would love this app if it worked on my phone. Am i doing something wrong? When i listen to a recorded call i cannot hear the person on the line. I have chosen all the different imputs with no success. I have a samsung galaxy s7 edge with andriod 7. My 2 weeks are almost finish and i cannot buy the app until it works. I do not have any other recording app on my phone.
2 ★Can't here the other party even at full volume no matter what I do to the settings. Forced me to rate even though I didn't want to at this time. Doesn't keep my recorded calls for long enough unless they have been flagged as important. Some times you don't know how important they are going to be until later. Fix the volume issue and a higher rating would be warranted though.
5 ★Hello i really vry vry happy this app this app really excellent quality of sound recording on both side. I really buy this app but when i checkout i got error process not complete please try again later please help me i shell highly obliged to you if you give me premium service free of cost
3 ★Was working great with no issues, clear recordings & very easy to use. Then phone did an update & now it will only record one side of the conversation! Bit disappointed after paying for the pro version. Also would not work via Bluetooth.
