1 ★This app is Horrible!! I've tried making a purchase for over an hour and when I get to the checkout page it freezes. It then made me reset my password, but when I try to do that I repeatedly get an error message that says There was an error completing your request. Seriously?! Fix it please!
1 ★Sent me the wrong size boots, several attempts to contact them to request a prepaid return label to return them for the correct size with no success. Was told to return to a local store by the one and only response I did get. There's no famous footwear anywhere near me to return them! The boots sold out entirely. Luckily I was able to find them at Kohls at much better price just in time before Christmas got here. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from here again!..
1 ★UPDATE: Two days After my phone call with the Customer Service Department AND this review, I got a letter letting me know they are reducing my credit limit. Apparently they lost information so I've been trying to log into the app for over 2 weeks and the app DOES NOT WORK! The website does not work because you HAVE to go through registering ALL over again. Hoping this saves someone from getting hit with a late fee that they are charging everyone regardless of the fact that the fault is theirs.
1 ★I can't even log into my account to see it. Everytime I open it stays on red screen and goes no where. I tried uninstalling and re installing and it logged me out so no I can't even log in because it's giving me an incorrect password or error everytime. How frustrating!!
4 ★It's a decent shopping app, definitely better than the website. I really wish there was a way to bookmark shoes without having to share it to another app or add it to the cart. Would be best if you were able to create wish lists in order to come back to certain shoes.
5 ★This is the best rewards program ever!! You get to combine coupons, rewards and sales. I don't know of any other company that allows that. The app allows easy access while shopping in the store, or at home. The rewards program has saved me hundreds of dollars. If you wear shoes, join the rewards program and get the app.
2 ★Can't scroll up without app reloading. How can I pay for what I want when the app reloads during payment. Why is there so many issues with this app? I am not putting my info in again. I gave it 2 stars because it's nice but could better, developers need to their job better. I work the night shift so i don't have the time for physical shopping and my kids go back to school soon. I guess I'll DL the nike app.
1 ★Unable to log back into the app after resetting my password because I had forgotten it. Everything time I tried with my new reset password, it keeps say error and that it's not correct! Very frustrating and disappointing have an app that we're unable to access. How long will this last? 🤔....
3 ★Works great as long as you don't leave the app for any reason, otherwise it restarts from the very beginning. Very inconvenient when you're trying to shop on your and receive a phone call or text.
1 ★Issue is not with the app. My issue is with FF removing my points that gave me a $10 coupon. No one is buying shoes right now due to the pandemic. Why couldn't you extend the points that your customers earned. I spend so much money with yall. I can just take my money to DSW as they have better deals, $10 off $49 instead of $10 off of $75. Just saying. Disappointed in you guys 😒😑🙄
1 ★Not able to shop, check purchase history, or anything other than my member status. If I try to click on anything else, it shows a blank page I can't get out of without force closing the app. Edit: After the update yesterday, app continues with these same problems.
1 ★My app used to work perfect and all of a sudden it went down saying it has a bug, which is sad because I got the best back to school deals and I haven't been getting coupons in the mail so hopefully it's fixed soon so I can continue to get savings and deals with good quality shoes..
