1 ★Signed up the digital club with hopefully that the process is good. End up 3 errors from using the platform and was given vouchers plus I just only found out that the same wine prices are more expensive on fair price app than compare to the same wine shop in shopee. A big disappointment considering that I have been using Fair price app for so long
1 ★Aug 2023 - Why is it my default payment mode not working? Twice during payment it was rejected and I have to put all details again with 6 digit number given! I am using the same card!!! Rubbish!!!!!! Unreliable App! When we want to use it for payment, the app hang. Long queue staring at me. Ended up pay with Paywave!!!
5 ★It is good to recall what has been purchased before and also what is promotion. If the next purchase can auto give, lowering minimum sum for free service and administration fee would be better as not every purchase can hit the minimum sum.
1 ★This app is a disgrace. Those developed it don't deserve employment at a decent company. I exit the delivery section, re-enter and the items I already removed from the cart are still there. Also, removing items from the cart is painfully slow. Why do you need to send an API call every time I remove an item and in the meantime wait for the API response? I don't have an hour just to remove 20 items from my cart from the previous time that I already ordered.
2 ★there's a bug in the app whereby after selecting all the vouchers, the self checkout system will tell us to refer to the phone for payment, but our phone will not show us the page for payment. the supervisor stood at the self check out station for the Sun Plaza NTUC did not provide a viable solution and I had to solve the problem myself. she only told me to wait for the system to time out and did not let me know that I should not try it again, when she knew about this problem all along.
1 ★I can't add new card in the payment method after I deleted an old credit card, always showed "Please check your card details and try again, or add a different card." I have tried different cards, uninstall apps and reinstalled apps and all methods doesn't help. Please advise how can I add in new card? Thanks.

1 ★What a joke for an app. Ordered Christmas items and 10 days later, got a notification that it's cancelled. Apparently the order wasn't picked up. Wanted to ask what's the next step but after staying online being in queue number 1 for 30 mins, cricket silence... Would have given zero stars.
