5 ★It's a good helpful app.

3 ★The app is handy to keep track of the usage of your utilities. It could be simplified a little more for others to understand the usage and rates better. Also there was times I used less power and was charged more then I used. Also at random times money would disappear and then reappear later down the road.

4 ★The 1800 number does work...I put the my account number and it says it can't be found but it's still charging me everyday! Go online I get an error communications message; then they cut off my utilities for non payment but I can even make a payment....this has happened several times and then I get all these extra fees added on.....Like What Is This Prepaid...This is craziness....

2 ★Nothing about this app makes sense to me. It appears to be simple but its not...its LITERALLY A BUNCH OF NUMBERS with ZERO EXPLANATION. I can't figure it out. And I don't understand why I need to put my account number in and key token? to make a payment when it's already signed into my account. I really think a user friendly update is in order.

1 ★Have not been able to sign in at all. It's super annoying. Cannot sign in on the app on my phone nor my husbands phone. Or the website. It keeps telling me "unable to update local database" every single time. Please fix this.

1 ★Terrible; talk with someone to set it up; it's still of no use to me...

3 ★A little basic, but it works. Would like to see a little less screen switching (more info on one screen in the of the usage), but it does stay updated and breaks down your charges, so you know how much money you have left on any given day. Would recommend.

2 ★My phone dropped this app like it usually does, now I can't get to it because it wont recognize my user name and password. Need a way around this problem. There are no other options.

3 ★Is there any way you can make the usage chart easier to understand? It would be more helpful if you could tell us the usage based on the time of day. Also, I don't really care for the "miscellaneous" charges being described that way. I think it would be better if you could be more specific of what those charges are. Other than that, I feel like this is a good app for keeping track of payments.

4 ★Edited Review: The app is my only way to check on my electric bill and how much credit I still have on there. It's very useful and the only issues I've found have not been the fault of the app developer but related to my electric company.

2 ★It's good for monitoring, I get to see how much I spend a day on *misc* They charge me as much as$10 a day. other times more like $4 Is that a lot, or a little? Idk. But it could be part of the reason why city of Ocala utilities are in a class action lawsuit I glanced at the wiki page for C++ and I'm pretty sure I can make a better app.

1 ★This app is a waste of time unless I don't know my way around it, such a generic app. When I used Florida powers app before moving here it would show you every day how much your power bill is and exactly how many days that month you were going to be charged for and you could stop and start your service thru the website and pull up previous bills. This app is just taking up space on my phone.
