5 ★It works well. No complaints. I read about issues with the app but I haven't experienced anything negative. It works fine.
1 ★The app turns on my bluetooth by itself even while im not opening or using the app ! Rather than that, it is so acurate and easy to use. I don’t think you read carefully ! I know how to use my phone and I know how to turn on and off my Bluetooth! And I know how to use your app ! So please don’t confuse other people who read this review with some useless unrelated information! What I’m saying is that EVEN when I’m not using your application suddenly OUT OF NOWHERE my bluetooth turns on by itself and when I check my bluetooth history it shows that the Ronin app was the ONLY app that turned on the bluetooth recently !
3 ★Disappointed. Basic functionality is OK, but not a fan that Android users play second fiddle to apple users. Also: fails to fire the shutter on Sony cameras. Well documented issue for months (look at your own forums, guys), and there's been no helpful response to the issues. Even the camera compatibility chart says the shutter should fire without issue. Feels like I got scammed since nothing official says this functionality would be missing for us, and there's no good support for the shutter issue. Willing to update my review if it gets addressed. Before you ask: yes the gimbal, camera, and app are all updated, and connected according to the manual. Edit. Brought back a star because the shutter now fires with the MICRO-B cable plugged in. Kind of dumb that's the difference, but here we are. More stars when other functions (including tilt in timelapse) returns.
1 ★App is good to customize and control the gimbal but it keeps turning on the Bluetooth even when I'm not using it.
5 ★Pixel 3 and Ronin SC. Bought it yesterday. Cannot pair via bluetooth. Phone can see the gimbal, but when I attempt to connect, app pops up the message - input password: default password 12345678. If I press OK - nothing happens, same message appears. CANCEL - looses connection. Update: fix which worked for me - I turned off Swiftkey keyboard, and switched to default one, from Google. After multiple retries app gave me an option to input the password.
1 ★App version 1.2.0 installed on two phones, LG G6 and Samsung A3. The app connects to Ronin SC and the activation goes well, but no information from the gimbal is displayed in none of the application's screens. For example, Firmware info: "N/A", battery info: 0%, Sleep button does not do anything, firmware upgrade fails (although connected to Internet and to the gimbal). The app does not communicate with the gimbal at all other than making the initial connection. Not sure if it's the app or a defective unit that I have. DJI support could not help me until now.
4 ★Very easy to use. My only complaint is that the "motor kill" toggle is too many clicks away. It would be nice if there was one on every screen and or an entirely separate app. Just for the rare occasion it starts wigging out.
1 ★Takes a long time to sign up. Gave me the error of invalid verification code over 10 times. Then when it finally went through it asked me for a verification code on the login in page. There is no verification code on the login page. Now i cant use gimbal. How can dji rectify this simple issue? Why do i have to sign up to use gimbal? Also reading through reviews dji have default message to upload new version. If i just downloaded version half an hour ago, what version is what i just downloaded?
3 ★The app is ok mostly, but as other users said, it turn on the bluetootj randomly, even when you are not using it. In the last few mornings a wake up and my bluetooth is always on, even though I did not use the app in the last days. It's not critical, but annoying.
2 ★The app is very basic, yet very hard to use some of the functionality like tracking where point 1 is also nearly behind point 2 (maybe you can consider using a zoom in and out function for this) also push mobile is not available on android and only iPhone (maybe you can advise people on this)
2 ★This app is so annoying. It popped up the login screen. I tried to sign up and login too. It says incorrect password. When I tried to reset it, it never sent verification code in my email. I don't how to skip from this. Uff. Such a mess.

OK The app finds the device but it will not pair to phone states setting not correct???cc have tried older versions reboot after loading but at his moment i have to rate app poor, which is unfortunate as the app is needed to use the Ronin to its fullest capabilities, the Ronin SC is a toy i so want to play with, alas i cannot
