5 ★EXTREMELY easy to use. SO many different options. And you can change EVERY little detail of any of their templates when it comes to creating a project and adding your photos. VERY user friendly. GREAT deals for the holidays! Other people have made calendars using other sites or apps & they're ALWAYS upset that theirs did NOT come out as beautiful as mine do through Shutterfly! I would definitely use Shutterfly & ONLY Shutterfly for all my personalized gift needs!
3 ★Not much discription or direction. Pay attention to formatting after you thought you saved it and if there is front and back options. Many items not listed as "double sided" and then photos are just chosen for you, not centered. If you mess it up, you gotta buy it and pay shipping, again. Frustrating.
2 ★Ridiculously expensive shipping. You spend a lot of time making the gift you want, apply a coupon code they offer, and then find out shipping is over $30...for very small items. This is clearly designed to suck you in with promises of "x amount discounted" but they make it all back and more with shipping. Won't order again.
5 ★I love shutterfly! I've used them for years to make all kinds of projects for myself and as gifts. The quality is always excellent and the different options for everything is so great. I know there are different stores and apps to use but I've always stuck with shutterfly
2 ★Not enough info, they don't tell you exactly what details the options have. (What metal art is, what acrylic consists of, mounting options etc) There isn't options to edit photos like things as simple as zooming in or out. We'll see what the finished product looks like.
5 ★I have always love Shutterfly. The items are always up to excellent standards. The people that work for Shutterfly are the best. Whenever I have any problems, they always are patent with me & take the time out to help me out with it. They always work with me. Never have had a issue with the items I've received or with the agents. I've done alot of bust with them & will continue to do so. Thank you Shutterfly! You are the best!
3 ★I had the original price of 64 cents of holiday cards and I went to pay my total and they were charging 1.74 each card . So I called customer service to let them know that the total price wasn't adding up right for me. It had something to do with what layout and trim and paper type. I didn't know this but they automatically put you on a different trim and paper type that doesn't include the promotional price . So you have to edit that yourself and the price should go down .
1 ★It's very disappointing when your having issues with the app and customer service is pretty much non existent, you can send an email but it's just an automated response noreply saying go to the help section in the app and chat with a customer care agent. But when you do this they are no agents. So good luck, I'm sticking with Freeprints app they have never disappointed me and deliver right in time. I would not recommend Shutterfly by any means.
4 ★Always doublecheck promo codes before checking out. You may select them up front and they are 'added' to your account, but I have noticed that upon checkout the 'best options' aren't necessarily the ones that populate so you need to go back and select exactly which ones you need/want. Some populate that I never selected (and overwrite the better discount).
2 ★Not happy. I had put that I wanted an 8" x 11" book to match the one I made for my other dog. Imagine my frustration when it kept returning to 8" x 8" size. By the time I finished the project I was so angry I just purchased it because I saw no way to edit the book size. And yes, I tried several times. Maybe it was my mistake, but this app was not the easiest to use to begin with. Pictures kept changing dimensions and pages even when I had the page number highlighted. Other issues too.
4 ★The app is very hard to navigate. I had to take all the photos I wanted in the 8x8 book and edit them with my phone to make them sharper so it wouldn't be blurry when printed. Had to get $19.99 shipping cost refunded because the package was delayed. It arrived 2 days late . I give them 4 stars because even though it was a headache to get done the book turned out beautifully. If you have the time and patience to figure the app out and do it correctly , then I would recommend them.
1 ★Loved it until today. I worked on editing pictures and adding them to my cart until 1:30 a.m. I went to order them today at 10:30 p.m. and all of my edits were gone. It's saying I can't edit in the app now, so I would have to redo it all through the browser. However, there's a coupon that I was going to use that's an app exclusive, so it would take that away now if I used the browser instead.
