Download DroneDeploy - Mapping for DJI APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files

Q: What is an APK File?
A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).

1 ★Crashes on Android 10. Since my phone (pixel 2) updated to Android 10, my Pix4d capture app stopped working (along with DJI GO for my Phantom 3 pro) and so I switched over to my labs Phantom 4 pro (since DJI GO 4 works) tried this to see if this app would work instead for a project I need to get done. Nope... The app just crashes like the rest of them at this point.....
1 ★Pretty poor app overall. It's very limited and serves as a simple way point placer for the drone while the real work is done in the cloud at significant cost ($1000+ a year). You also have minimal control of the drone and app once launched and it makes for a terrifying experience - for instance, the app remains in portrait even when connected to the controller and you cannot expand the FPV - it stays as a tiny window in the corner. Also photo processing takes HOURS. Not worth the time or money.
1 ★So bad, 99$ a month 14 day free trial for just a drone camrea I cannot pay that much waste of money
4 ★Worked as advertised. I would have given five stars except the pricing options are too narrow for shall operators. When the trial period is over, the only option is a yearly subscription of $99 a month, which ends up costing $1200 a year for a limited number of projects . I would like to see more options like cost per project.
5 ★Yesterday I tried my self for the 1st time to fly using DD for mapping using Mavic 2 Pro, and found very easy to setup and go fly. Last night I uploaded the pictures from the desktop of my laptop, voila I receive an email soon after finished upload, that inform me the mapping are ready to view and export, very quick proccessing. Nice and easy application indeed! 👍🤝
1 ★I was enjoy using this app before it frecuently crashed, then until i have mission far away from my office to do a mission, then in the middle of mission drone deploy was crash like usually, but i return to my office to processing image i was shocked because there is no image in the SD card... its completely nothing i have to do except re fly my mission, but its far away from my office... is too sad to not to tell that dronedeploy is very dissapoint me..
4 ★Does the job, few hiccups but that might have been the drone. Eitherway happy with the end result ^_^
1 ★Untrustworthy. I made the flight plan in my computer for 60m height. Uploaded, passed all checkings, and took off. Started picking up height until the app showed 370 meters then stalled. Waited for a minute and pushed return home. It returned until 80m height and refused to keep going down. Had to take manual control in sport mode several times because if I went back to P mode the dron would pick up height again. So after several times I left it on S Mode and had to go down manually. Even so, the down stick in the controller didn't work if I didn't push the direction stick also, which made the descent even more complicated. I'm still trembling and uninstalled this inmediately. Tested on Pixel XL.
5 ★The mobile App executes flight plans flawlessly. It's far more straight forward than than Pix4d to operate. We initially used Pix4d however their android app is flawed so we used the iOS version only to find that Pix4d does not focus our Mavic pro, it just shoots blurry unusable images. So we tried dronedeploy and what a difference! The first thing it does is FOCUS then it executes the flight plan with greater precision than Pix4d.
1 ★Currently will not load on Android 10 Pixel 3XL, even after the update today which was meant to fix it. Your joking... After another upgrade this still is not working on my Pixel 3XL running Android 10. If I could give it 0 stars I would! Can't believe you have released an update for more features and improvements, yet left out the biggest issue that is dragging your ratings down. Amazing management.
1 ★Their refund policy is garbage. The annual subscription is very expensive so you better be sure you're going to make use of it.
2 ★Razer Phone 2 user. App keeps closing about 1-3min into flight. Seems that the waypoint parameters and homepoint are uploaded to the phantom before takeoff so it runs fine without the app but still frustrating not being able to see your monitor. Please fix the stability issues!! Thanks for the app, it's great when it is working.
