Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★Instead of bringing out new products, they should work on their previous software and app compatibility with newer phones. Can't sync the app hence the drone is just a paperweight now. Not sure how many people have the same issue. Can't even get resale value on the P3 now as DJI now have affordable newer drones.
1 ★Android 11, Phantom 3 standard. This application has a password error and further still a firmware update (from the older application on djis website) that sends you into a loop. Please roll back and patch this issue, my drone is unusable and has ruined a very expensive trip.
1 ★Get message that the app has stopped just after launching. Until DJI fixes this, try installing an earlier version. Go to apkmirror and search for DJI GO--For products before P4 3.1.59. The April 2020 file worked perfect on my device, where the current release won't even launch. You'll have to lookup how to allow untrusted apps otherwise the versions from apkmirror won't run.
1 ★Dreadful experience. Keeps disconnecting from the drone. Looks DJI don't offer support to customers unless they have one of their newest models. It's a real shame because the drone cost hundreds of pounds and now it's a piece of junk because the software doesn't work. Massively disappointed!!!
1 ★DJI GO app doesn't connect to X5R anymore. So after months of amazing use with the old DJI GO app I was certain that the Zenmuse X5R with the OSMO handle would be the king of action filmmaking but this latest version of the DJI GO app has made connecting to the app frustrating. Everytime I try to connect the app now it will detect as the Inspire 1. I called DJI rep and they told me they are working on a new update for the app and to be patient.. this was almost two weeks ago!
1 ★samsung tablet worked flawlessly since day one. downloaded latest update and now the app doesn't open at all. the opening screen comes on and then goes back to tablet home. very disappointed and angry that I can not fly simply because I trusted the developer of update knew what they were doing. this is absolute garbage, Samsung isn't a generic company and if it worked before the update why would you put something in there that deems my tablet or rather your app and your dji drone useless?
1 ★New phone, no drone. Upgraded to Samsung Galaxy S20 and apparently all I have is a DJI interspire 1. I own a DJI Phantom 3 Professional. Apparently what I really own is a DJI Brick. So annoyed with this and no one to talk to on how to resolve. I feel like it's a move to get old users off their product range. Should be called DJI CON. I just want to take video of our farm land. I don't need anything more than what I have. I may need to lodge a complaint to our local authorities.
1 ★So my osmo original is a paperweight as none of your available software will even recognize my original osmo. Threw the osmo in the garbage and have sold my mavic pro, will never buy DJI garbage again. I assume the forced update that removed original osmo functionality was done on purpose to force people to biy the latest osmo, I am not one of those suckers. Sorry DJI but I am in the film industry and I trash talk this product line every other week, always telling people to avoid DJI!
1 ★This app stopped working after a recent update. I'm using a Samsung Tab 4 running Android 4.4.2. DJI Go worked on this tablet for years but suddenly can't get past the intro screen before giving up. DJI, please fix whatever you did to this app or tell me how to revert to the previous version.
2 ★Works great with my phantom 3 but the app is faulty when using with the Osmo Mobile 2. My timelapses, motionlapses, and hyperlapses are not saving to my phone after being recorded. This is obviously a software problem and could be fixed with a firmware update. I hope DJI sorts it out.
1 ★Works well, no issues as of this post. Update; I cannot get past the login screen so now I cannot use a tablet to fly the drone. Makes it useless for a 900$ drone. Buy from someone else who has support.
5 ★I'm happy to report that the app is now working with my Pixel and Osmo mobile 2, running Android 10 again. I'll give it a full workout at the weekend, when I film another gig, but all seems well again. Frankly it was a pain filming with the regular camera app, after getting to like DJI GO.
