2 ★Over the past several months my whole smh experience has been going downhill. The android version is incomplete; the online version takes forever to load, and now I keep getting told that I have exceeded the maximum number of logins and have to endure a torrid process of logging back in. I use a desktop at home, a laptop at work, a tablet on the train and a phone when out and about. Surely Fairfax can come up with a way to recognise that these devices are all mine! Right now the Guardian's a better bet.

1 ★This app on android was fine with only one annoying flaw where it would randomly forget which order I had set it to view content. Now it's logging me out randomly and doesn't let me log back in again without restarting the app. I don't know if this was just me or due to an update, but it's made it extremely frustating to use.

2 ★Keeps asking me to log in again, after already logging in 3 times before. Not good for a paid service.

2 ★They obviously spend the dev resources on the IOS version - the android version keep logging me out - talk about frustrating.

1 ★I'm unable to use the embedded links in the app to subscribe to SMH on a new Huawei Mediapad M3 tablet. I attempted to use the feedback link in the app to report the problem but it's tied to an address that's unknown to the SMH mail servers. Very sloppy. The app is ok for the small amount of free SMH content. Unclear whether the app provides the SMH crosswords or not.

1 ★Where's the crosswords? I've just changed from ipad to Android and no crosswords. Many reader's review ask the same question but no reply from Fairfax. I will be cancelling subscription and looking elsewhere

1 ★The SMH is too iOS centric. Apple has less than 20% of the market but gets a decent app. Android users, a majority, have to put up with this! Why? Forced to use the std web site.

1 ★I can't believe Fairfax still haven't got crosswords on their Android app. Seriously, wtf? They've been "working on it" for three years!
