1 ★Pls put your ad after logging in.

1 ★It used to be good but in the last years the adds are unbearable. Before you open the camera, you have to fight these adds blocking your screen for ages. And it no longer works on more than one account. Useless.

1 ★App has become unusable due to the amount of ads coming up when opening the app or switching between pages. Also no longer get alerts . I have ring cameras outside so will be swapping to one of those for inside as well

1 ★WTAF? I'm forced to watch 30 seconds of adverts before I can look at my camera feed? What kind of scummy business practice is this?

1 ★Useless app. It has a bug now that doesn't let me install the camera back. The ads are annoying and it shows the company's priority for it's costumers.

1 ★I have paid for this product so many advertising. Why?

1 ★After the fiasco with the T&Cs not working and the app making the cameras useless the new update, which at least works, incorporates vast ads. It now takes ages to load as you have to wait for ads to show an X and even then clicking the X causes the link to activate. After that there's more ads. Awful to use and if you need to access the video quickly, forget it!. Best to go with an IP camera where you can store locally or stream to a YouTube account.

3 ★Delete and get an older version. As others said, I've had this for a few years and it worked perfect. This past year 2024, the software has been hacked & bombarded with ads and hard to get to the actual camera app. I saw someone's post about downloading an older software version. I had to delete the app first and then install the one I downloaded. It works perfect again. I downloaded a 3.6 version. Just Google "clever dog software" and use apk to download. Get 3.7 or older. Samsung s24 phone.
