1 ★I find kapten app driver one of the worst to work for compared to other apps thus far and I was hoping they revolutionise this by now. I actual minimums working for Kapten because of lack many freatures e.g. showing destinations of the client and showing of acceptance rates of drivers, they are just concentrating sending texts warning to drivers of acceptance rates and so on.. which I don't see the point because if you can't see than how would you purpose to improve than🤔
5 ★Kapten isn't bad app compare to Viavan or Uber. But they have to work on it faster to improve it more and listen to what drivers is asking for. I have been asking from Kapten customer service when would this app start showing destination and rating for riders they always says that the app will have some amazing features very soon its 2020 and we are still waiting enough is enough!!!!
5 ★the app is brilliant unfortunately the kapten has no or very little driver support takes days to get a reply to emails and no phone numbers. if drivers to be retained they must provide a good support system.
1 ★I wonder why or how TFL issue companies like Kapten a license. I've been simply trying to update my documents for the last 2 months and still nobody has been available to validate my documents on my portal. You cannot call anyone that will be able to deal with the situation there and then. Very unhelpful. The only way is via email and still you don't get an instant response. It takes a few days before they get back to you. Imagine this was your full time job you'll be out of work, out of pocket.
2 ★Everytime you need to login, this app ask me for email and password. Which at times could be irritating and quite dangerous if you are driving. Can't understand why Kapten is failing to upgrade its driver app

1 ★Worst app ever. Do not use this, go for more reliable apps like Uber. We requested for a driver, paid and everything was OK until it came to pick up. The app said the driver was 8 minutes away and it stayed like that for 30 minutes. After texting and calling, we were then informed that our ride was cancelled. I repeat do not use this app. And the driver did not know our location or where we were going.
1 ★WORST app EVER. STUPID !!! EVEN 1 STAR DO NOT DESERVE!!! I'm using as a driver but I swear is worst!!! Every 5 - 10 min is logged out !!! F****G ANNOYING
4 ★The first time I can say the app has failed since your launch. Which is very good and the issue seems to be dealt with.
1 ★Extremely slow drivers support, takes ages for Kapten staff to reply to your emails if they ever do. No telephone support for drivers, one vague emergency line, which takes ages again for someone to actually pick up and if not emergency will hang up, no per minute charge on trips, so if you're stuck in traffic, tough luck. If your account stopped for any reason, you could wait weeks before someone responds to your enquiries, so if you rely for your income on Kapten driver app -DON'T!!!!!!
1 ★Crappy app. Something will go wrong every week. Driver support almost certainly dose not exist. They want you to send an email but they won't answer it.
