1 ★appen byter adress mellan jag trycker boka och tills jag får bekräftelse. totalt trasigt och förvirrande. den är också långsam. nu skickas det reklam via notiser. Inte OK. Har blockat notiser för det från appen vilket betyder jag inte får notis om att taxi är påväg Gissar att det är dags att byta bolag.
5 ★Enkelt och bra att förboka bil. Kom dessutom i tid med en trevlig förare.
1 ★Sjukt dålig upplevelse. Jag bokade, kollade igenom. Allt såg ok ut utom att den tog bort bokstaven efter gatunumret. Det funkar ändå. Men! Sen när taxin kommer så kör den förbi och ställer sig på en annan gata i närheten. Så jag får ta resväskan och promenera bort dit. Jag undrar så klart vad han håller på med. Då har appen ändrat både gatnummer och själva gatan! Det är inte nån annans bokning, det står mitt namn, och adressen han fått finns inte ens.

2 ★First time using it was okay. But second time i was charged full eventhoughi didn't take the taxi. I haven't got the refund until now. So dissapointed.
1 ★Driver is 20 min late on set arrival time. Customer service won't pick up. Won't be using this app ever again.
1 ★Pre-booked a taxi from Arlanda airport. The booking showed up on the app as confirmed. Did not receive any notification when the driver arrived. No one met us in arrivals and no one waited outside. Eventually saw a taxi number displayed on the map in the app driving away from the airport and the status changed to Trip Started om the booking. Driver had clearly picked up the wrong customers despite knowing our names and destination. Called Taxi 020 and was simply told that another car will arrive eventually. That's not what you want to hear at midnight when you've just arrived at an airport. Ended up picking up another taxi instead. Uninstalled and unimpressed.
1 ★Rubbish. I prebooked a taxi from Arlanda airpprt. The guy didn't show up and there was no way to contact the company from the app.
1 ★Bugg! Om du backar och ändrar tiden för din bokning har datumet hoppat en dag tillbaka i tiden. Gäller även Taxi Kurir som har samma app fast med andra färger.
3 ★Taxin kom snabbt och till rätt plats. Appen spårade taxin bra via GPS. Men chauffören sa att priset var fel så han behövde ringa taxicentralen och bekräfta, och detta fördröjde avresan lite. Gissningsvis krånglade det automatiska bokningssystemet som appen använder.
1 ★Unstable app, does not offer to ask for extra like booster seat for kids.
