1 ★Worst Application, can't book tickets as app will hang once u select a payment method...don't understand why they can't test it properly in UAT and then release. It would be much better if u pls reconsider the fixes, apply under UAT and only if positive release the app. Unnecessary hassle to users as tickets can't be booked on BMS also!! Due to this could not get discount as can't book through app and had to book via website.
1 ★Very poor app. Runs slow ,if you book a ticket by it there are internet handling charges of Rs 43 per ticket and it adds on with every ticket. I did transaction for 5 persons and that transaction was a failure but amount was debited and they are promising to return to account Rs 215 less than the debited amount. So got no tickets just wasted Rs 215 due to poor service of app.
3 ★everything is fine with this app but I'm confronting a major problem . If I select a seat and return due to any circumstances I'll not be able to select the same seat after I visit it again as the seat is reserved. I hope you guys look into the issue and troubleshoot it.
1 ★The Friday offer 25% less does not mention the voucher code and so when you buy the ticket you can't avail the discount this is standard across all offers mentioned on the app essentially they want you to buy the tickets by enticing with a discount but don't give it to you. Compared to other similar apps the user interface is neither friendly nor intutive. I think we need to go back to third party aggregators
5 ★Impressive Customer Support. I am facing some issues with the app. Technical support team replied me and solved the issue very fast. I have booked tickets for my family. Thank you so much for your help. I haven't seen such a fastest technical support yet. Keep it up. Almost supports all payment methods.
2 ★INOX-Varun beach Vizag,Screen (Audio & Video) experience was good. Parking space is good. Washrooms are smelly. However food & beverage quality & service offered by Refuel is definitely not up to the mark and not worth for the exorbitant prices they charge. Refuel staff are not fast and repeatedly had given not fresh popcorn, they repeatedly serve nachos without cheese sauce and with only one jalapeno sauce when we paid for 2 sauces.. 2-star rating is a lot for the entire experience they offer.
1 ★I have faced the issue that the payment is not getting processed so many times and with different cards. I have seen that many people are facing the same issue, the money gets deducted but the ticket is not booked since your application is unable to process the payment. Please work on this front since it ruins everything, I have downloaded this application to book tickets Nd it's not doing that. I know the payment gets refunded but this cannot be an excuse when so many people are facing this.
1 ★please add acreen selection or display the screen no so that other's while booking they able to recollect their experience in that screen before booking. I have watched Avengers Endgame in 3D screen quality was not good, 3d glasses are very small. Screen picture edge's are like shaded. Lot of blurness while using 3d glasses. Movie is made for 3d and worst experience in watching the movie. Sound quality is not so good while compared to other Inox screens. Inox neighborhood Whitefield Bangalore.
3 ★Already before I had given feed back and now also. In ticket booking only one person was available at the time of show time due to the signal problem qr code was not getting work so we are taking paper tickets and our time was wasting 20 to 30 mins.and when they are sitting leasurly also they are not doing work quickly. And in food court the booking staff was high than the working staff so for buying a water bottle it was taking 15 mins time and for coffee also 20 mins time. So please keep there
5 ★It's a great app . Good service. 4k view with 3d experience with Dolby Atmos. Good sound quality and watch quality. Great place for family and for everyone. A/C .thank u Inox For this great experience and recommend for others. Also I wanted to ask a question about a movie that's being realeased internationally on 26th of February, 2020. 1 ★i have tried to book tickets online through internet banking ,but to my bad luck the payment deducted from my account and tickets didn't generated also i have tried to contact helpdesk from the contact no from the app, but they didn't pick up the call. really got too much disappointed from the service. A sum of 1047 fit deducted for no tickets
1 ★All INOX theatre display first ticket free through app... But they don't give anything, and shows invalid coupon code. If you can't deliver it, don't promise it. The interface and UI usability is good, but this single star rating is because of customer cheating tatic used by inox to install their app... Uninstalling the app.. I will stick with book my show instead..
