1 ★this app was good in last 1 or 2 months back...but now its pathetic..why it is always saying something went wrong??..u should improve updating process ..ur technician didnt update it properly. According to me it was the best app of Boi because it always made its customers happy but now its getting poor!! Very bad... disappointed..& the worst part is it doesn't giv rewards to u anymore...grt! I was rewarded last in June and from then i neva got any further.
1 ★useless application. From last more than one month i am not able to use the application as it does not open. Several times i complained but they are not able to fix my problem. only one reply i receive to uninstall and reinstall. very poor customer service.
1 ★pathetic app, not working properly. No transaction is happening. Always shows the message (something went wrong). If something has gone wrong instead of telling me about it. Go and fix it.
2 ★Update of reward points are not regular. It's taking a too much time. Last reward points updated on July after that no update in August, no update in September, no update in October, no update in November, even December also. Hoping for quick update in reward points as Christmas Day gift. Thank you.

I did my recharge using rewards points, it failed and when I asked for rivert back my reward points its taking 7 working days to reward back just 192 points robust system. Their system don't even revert back, when we raise complaint then they look into matter. Such pathetic compliance producer not expecting such service from a bank. Robust system change it irresponsible system and irresponsible organisation!!!
2 ★BOI seems to concentrate more than necessarily on safety which ends up in incomplete services. For ex., When u create one whole app for Rewards, u must provide each and every info there... But i could not find the expiry date of my reward points anywhere in the app..! This is seldom the case with boi apps and website
4 ★Card balance was in decimal, so app didn't redeem points, message shows amount doesn't match the payable amount...only whole amount having no decimal can be redeemed...i tried to pay amount partly from points and partly from my account... But one good thing, no convenience fees added while making payment for booking flight tickets...

1 ★Outdated and faltu app.... You don't get the goods at whatever price you order. ... I ordered a thing of 87/-. When I received it the printed price on it was Rs.28/-......see the difference in amount....
