Name It Tame It enables the user to reflect and take notes on his/her emotions. Through this activity the user self-regulates his/her own nervous system in times of overwhelming arousal-anxiety state or mania.However, the self-regulation process is not limited to an episode of a psychological meltdown. It expands it's effectiveness over a period of time and is ultimately meant to physically change the user’s brain structure (through neuroplasticity).
Self-awareness and selfregulation are known to significantly enhance wellbeing, intra- and interpersonal connectedness, positive social behaviours and achievement.
