My Luminus is een app om snel en duidelijk een overzicht te geven van je energieverbruik. Heb je een digitale meter, dan volg je met de app je verbruik op per maand, week, en zelfs per dag; in kWh én in €. Je berekent en kiest op basis van die gegevens makkelijk je ideale voorschotbedrag. My Luminus bundelt ook al je Luminus-documenten en -klantgegevens op één handige plaats.Met de gratis My Luminus app kan je:
• Energie besparen door je verbruik op te volgen. Nog geen digitale meter? Geef je meterstanden regelmatig door voor de nauwkeurigste weergave. Wel al een digitale meter? Via My Luminus krijg je toegang tot al je digitale verbruiksgegevens voor elektriciteit en gas. Je ziet wat je dagelijks aan elektriciteit en/of gas verbruikt en hoeveel dat kost - per dag, week, maand of jaar. Ook de injectie van je zonnepanelen volg je op de voet met My Luminus. Het enige wat je hoeft te doen is toestemming geven aan Fluvius.
• Op basis van je meterstanden je ideale voorschot berekenen én aanpassen. Op die manier vermijd je een verrassing op je jaarafrekening.
• Je energiefacturen raadplegen en downloaden.
• Alle info over je energiecontract(en) terugvinden: je type tarief, de looptijd en prijs, het moment van de meteropname en de (getrouwheids)kortingen waarop je recht hebt. Verder zie je welke andere Luminus-diensten je hebt geactiveerd. Wil je veranderen van tarief? Ook dat doe je in enkele kliks.
