1 ★Since the latest update a month or so ago the app and camera have become useless. All recordings from before were deleted with no warning, the camera fails to connect each time I open the app making me have to restart or reconnect, and worst of all - it no longer alerts us when our baby makes a sound or moves! This is literally it's primary function and it is consistently failing. Sometimes sporadically I will get an alert, but it's also stopped recording a clip when it senses sound/movement.

1 ★Started off ok but since the most recent update I can't open the camera half of the time.It has also stopped recording anything at all even though the settings are all correct.So this camera is currently useless and a complete waste of money.Model LF1911 WiFi camera.

1 ★Had to download the older app purely for one older device and now can't use this app on newer devices (different logins are needed for both apps) and the older app is slow, laggy and doesn't load half the time. Not happy

1 ★I am pretty angry at the moment with this app and leap frog in general...If I could give zero starts i would.. All memories, All pictures gone overnight because of some update...no warning, no message saying to back up things because they will be deleted.. Nothing!! I will never buy anything leap frog again. The camera I have needs to stay plugged in because the battery dies in 1 hour so their stuff sucks anyways. I cannot take any videos or pictures on the app now either. No customer support...

1 ★New update has broken the app it deleted all my saved photos and now the full screen option doesn't work at all.. Didn't have a problem before the update.

3 ★It was good (other than the temperature reading bouncing around, although this might be a camera issue), but the latest update requires you to restart the app if you want to see an update of recent movements

1 ★The recent update to the app has erased all of my photos from the Memories, no warning, nothing, everything is gone. I'm beyond angry this has happened. The same for my husband on his iPhone. Absolutely unforgivable.

2 ★Recordings no longer show up. No reply from customer support for over 3 weeks. Good camera view and controls seem responsive.

4 ★Edit: Since your reply notifications are now working 😊 Notifications won't work despite all settings being correct.
