Qigong for health is an mobile app that contain real life happenings to me as a senior citizen. Those evidences quoted or displayed within the app are my personal experience during my beginner stage of learning qigong for the purpose to improve my health.It is the intention to keep this Qigong for health as user friendly to use as possible. A menu driven designed with key topics are layout such a way to allow easy access to that topic. The key topics are :-

Included within this Qigong for Health app are evidences of those encounters for me. From my first day stated to learn Zhineng Qigong and later moved on to an in-depth learning of the qigong in another dimension of health enhancement without using medicine.
Qigong for health is a form of medical qigong which encompass understanding of body qi movement and basic understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine ( TCM ). Qigong on the other hand can be an alternative as a therapy to illness. You too with sufficient knowledge and experience can upgrade yourself into a Qigong Therapist.
Qigong, pronounced “chi gong,” was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of traditional Chinese medicine. It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit. This in-depth qi gong knowledge advocates a substance is formulated in the form of "xing", "qi" and "shen" (Chinese pinyin to maintain its original meaning), a 3 layers substance theory advocated by Dr. Pang He Ming, the founder of "zhineng qigong" in early 80's. For the last few years, more and more experimental activities were carried out by students of zhineng qigong to validate the theory of the 3 layers substances. It is believed that human body is also a form of substance which has 3 layers substance as a unique whole. When these 3 layers substances are well balanced and coordinated, the human body system will attain a healthy self. Therefore, illness will recover by itself.
Qigong for health app is built with the goal of sharing knowledge and encounter to improv and maintain excellent health and well-being. Over the years of development and practices by the leaners, many forms of qigong have been developed by those learners who organized their own group of practitioners. Examples of such group are Zhineng Qigong, Tai Ji, Medical Qigong, TCM Qigong, Wan Dan gong, martial art qigong, health qigong. Most if not all of them are managed by an association.

Students graduated from its qigong master's degrees to professional diploma holders were seen happily meet up each other. The have a moment of an unforgettable time together. Medical Qigong has developed into a full course of learning and accredited by several University in Malaysia for certification and recognition
