1 ★I purchased this app and this piece of crap app has expired three times in three months before the original expiration date in 3/2017... And it's not the first time it happens...do not buy!
1 ★Not able to share my calendar. Need to be able to share it so I can have a saved copy. Crashes multiple times
1 ★This app used to work over a year ago but now is just a rip off. I contacted support and told them of issues.
2 ★This app is nice as you can customize your time and your shifts. However, the shift days customization in the calendar continuously stop in the middle of a month and there is no way to continue them. FIX IT and you'll get a better rating.
1 ★Used to work great. Now I can't add pay days or Kelly days. App crashes when I try to access the calendar to add them.
2 ★The app is not working properly since I transferred it to my new phone. If I hadn't already paid for this yrs sub I would delete it and find a new app. It is terrible.
2 ★Someone needs to pay attention to the ongoing problems with this app. As an IAFF member, I am seriously disappointed with it's performance
1 ★Very disappointed that nothing in the app works correctly. Can't add comp time and the holidays don't show up. Notification of a trade are in the middle of the shift not before the shift. Paid for a year and it shows my subscription expires in a month. Very disappointed that the IAFF doesn't care about it's members enough to fix the issues.
5 ★I have been using the app for years to keep my schedule for the Fire department and appointments. The only thing I'd like to see is the payday highlight show on the right day and to be able to have more choices for appointments, and other stuff.
3 ★Paid for app then it wouldn't reset my account and said I hadn't purchased since 2014. I contacted the app through their email and got a response asking for my username. App was never reset and I couldn't get anyone from the app to reply to me after that. Had to pay for it again and lost all my appointments, trades, debit days. Next year I'll look elsewhere.
3 ★Need to make the "alarm" set to times other then right when the event is starting. Can you make it so that the alarm can be set to "day in advance" or "12 hours in advance" or "hour in advance"? If i have a swap tomorrow, id like to have the reminder notify me the day before. Not as its starting.
2 ★Does not perform. Entered in my schedule and paydays, worked for a month, then everything disappears.
