5 ★Finally I found a basic app for limiting turn time in rummikub. It's the only one with the two key features for us: full screen restarts timer (most have a tiny button to find) and makes a noise between turns, which is excellent for rummikub where the difference between finishing and not finishing is just having nothing left to do. Styling is horrid, but who cares... It does the job.
