Under this rule, cars with Odd number will only be allowed to travel in Delhi on Odd days and cars with Even number will only be allowed to travel in Delhi on Even days with some exemptions .What ultimately this gives people is pollution free Dilli, Traffic Free Dilli and Clean Dilli.
