Con "Gestione incassi" puoi gestire le vendite e gli incassi giornalieri.L'app è strutturata per consetire di inserire movimenti di vendita giornalieri, movimenti di pagamenti dei clienti, visualizzazione dei saldi clienti residui.
L'app prevede due tipoligie di utente:
L'amministratore che può inserire, modificare ed eliminare clienti, articoli, movimenti e saldi.
L'utente normale che può inserire clienti e movimenti di vendita.
L'amministratore può importare i movimenti di vendita e di incasso registrati dagli utenti normali, effettuare operazione di modifica sui movimenti importati e sui saldi e inviare i saldi aggiornati agli utenti.
Gli utenti normali, importando i saldi, avranno sempre una situazione saldi aggiornata.
Naturalmente ci si può lavorare anche con una sola utenza ed attualmente è testata per un massimo di due utenti che scambiano i dati fra loro (1 amministratore e 1 utente).
L'app è gratuita e parte su un ambiente demo con il quale è però possibile gestire movimenti e saldi autonomamente sul proprio dispositivo.
Per creare un ambiente personalizzato che permette uno scambio dati con un'altra utenza, contattatemi attraverso l'app.
