MeterSense FeaturesCommunication to Honeywell smart meters
- Support for all Honeywell electrical meter families: Alpha 4, A3 ALPHA , A1800 ALPHA, REXUniversal, REX/REX2.
- Support for all ANSI C12 communication protocols: ANSI C12.18, ANSI C12.21, ANSI C12.22.
- Local communication to Honeywell smart meters via meter’s optical port using Bluetooth or USB probe
- Remote communication to Honeywell smart meters:
- IPv4 for meter equipped with WAN interface (e.g. cellular modem).
- IPv6 for meters connected via SynergyNet® mesh network.
Meter readings: store, view, manage
- View and manage list of meter readings generated by the app.
- Open a stored meter readings and display all meter data in a comprehensive set of meter views.
- Capture and associate meter photo to a reading (when the reading is performed over optical port).
- Capture and associate meter location to a reading (when the reading is performed over optical port).
Synchronize to Metercat Server via secure HTTPS interface; upon successful authentication:
- Metercat Server sends to the app the data/settings authorized to the user by the Connexo FieldSense administrator (e.g. authorized functions, authorized meter programs, phone book entries, etc.).
- MeterSense sends to the server the meter readings, meter locations/photos, audits logs and any other data generated by the app during operation in the field.
