이 앱은 관리인원들의 폰에 설치 하여 백그라운드 상태에서 스마트폰의 통화상태, 잠금상태, 충전상태, 움직임 상태(걸음 수)에 대한 사용자 데이터를 수집하여 사용빈도를 판단 하며, 사용빈도의 변화가 없을시 3단계 구간으로 나누어 관리사가 편하게 관리 인원을 리스트화 하여 확인 할 수 있게 만들어 졌습니다.
또한 저소득층이 데이터 통신에 대한 부담을 줄이기 위해 데이터 통신을 끄거나 데이터 통신이 불가할 경우 SMS문자로 일일마다 수집된 마지막 사용자 데이터를 전송하여 최소 문자 정보를 보고 관리자의 상태를 파악할 수 있는게 특징입니다.
