1 ★I started to read a book in an ad and read more in the app yesterday. Today I decided to reread from the beginning (it was all mixed up in the ad) and some of what I read yesterday is now locked. I don't like that they push so hard to buy coins. There isn't much you can to earn coins, so this app is going to get Uninstalled. Not worth my time to get 4 to 9 chapters in and can't go any further. I'm going back to Readict. It's easy to get coins to read and you can watch an ad for chapters.
3 ★The stories are really good but what bugs me is having to use coins. There isn't a set price and it keeps changing depending on the price. Also when I try to read a story it uses all my coins automatically without me having to purchase it. It's really frustrating because when I click for this function to turn off it won't stay off. I keep losing coins because of this. It would be better if they just had the option of this in settings so it doesn't happen.
2 ★I am trying REALLY hard to like/ use this app. However, I'll be deleting for a few reasons 1, you click to 'buy' a chapter and it costs 18 coins. You go watch 10 ads to get coins, go back, now it's 40 coins... why? 2, you go watch all these ads so you can buy the chapters and it plays the ad, but afterwords you don't get credit. I have watch at least 30 ads with no credit. 3, you get like 6 paragraph and have to spend 2 days watching ads to read ONE chapter. Frustrating as some story's are good
1 ★Way to expensive. You basically pay $1 per 100 coins. 100 coins MAYBE gets you 3 chapters, more like 3 sentences!!! Like 2 seconds of reading. By the end if you do buy the whole book, you would be spending over $20 and thats if it only has 50 chapters. Seriously the chapters are only a couple sentences long, barely a paragraph. Definitely not worth it. I didn't even spend that much on the Harry Potter books when they first came out.
1 ★So I started reading due to a ad that I saw. I read the first four chapters through the ad. I bought two chapters with coins. That were free by watching ads and signing up through email. Somehow it back to the chapter before which was 5. Went to try and read 6 and it's locked again so I'd have to buy coins. Not worth my time or effort. Deleting the app.
2 ★There are some really good books on this app, but unfortunately, after the first couple of chapters, they become pretty expensive. You end up paying more for books on this app than you would for the actual book, e-book, and other apps are cheaper than this app. The reading bonuses don't account accurately. Even if they did account your reading time accurately, the reading bonuses and daily bonuses don't add up to be able to read one chapter daily after you get past the first five chapters.
1 ★Unfortunately 3 times in less than a month I've been 2 points away from unlocking the next chapter in a book I LOVED and within seconds after receiving them they all disappeared. So I'm deleting the app. It's not worth the time. You spend way more time trying to get coins to unlock the chapters. A book that could've taken a week max to read is taking me months, and even longer due to all of my coins disappearing. I shouldn't have to worry about that and only getting to read a chapter a day! 0⭐️
2 ★Don't bother downloading unless you plan on only reading where there is WiFi. Customer Support says you just have to be connected to the internet to the read the books. I'm on a freaking 5G network with full bars. I can access the app but not actually read the books. Also, the further you get into a book the more and more coins you need per chapter..
1 ★10/10 DO NOT recommend! Look somewhere else. The chapters are to expensive. 181 coins for 5 pages worth of intense drama?! No thanks. The story's are amazing don't get me wrong but I'm not spending $100 dollars to not even be able to finish one book. There are much cheaper and better options. I have had this app for less than two hours and already I have uninstalled it.
2 ★Extremely laggy, my coin amount changes randomly, the grammar in 90% of these stories is just horrid, (don't blame it on translation issues either) there are thousands of sites/ people willing to aid the Author(s), link to their Facebook page is gone/delete/was never there. I love these small app's helping small time writer's get out there, but come on fix it up people!!!
1 ★I found a story on Readink. Let's do some math. There are 86 chapters. 4 are free. I unlocked 2 with bonus points/coins. That leaves 80 chapters to unlock. The chapter cost 49 points to unlock. 80 X 49 = 3920. That's how many points I need to fully unlock the story. For roughly 4000 points, it cost $39.98. they have bonus additional points when purchasing points. Overall, way too expensive for one book. Not worth the read or time.
3 ★I love the stories on this app, but it is so frustrating that you have to pay to get coins to unlock more chapters. I am only able to read 5-6 chapters in a story and then I'm stuck there forever. I wish that the app would give you the option to watch ads for 5-10 coins per ad. That would make the app much more enjoyable and I would be able to continue reading stories that I love and support the authors at the same time. Please Readink, do something to fix this.
