4 ★I am enjoying the app and the books in it. Most are decently written, but some are poorly written, almost like they were not originally written in English. I do wish there was more ways to get free coins. As the chapters go on they get more spendy making it very hard to reach without purchasing a lot of coins. It makes the books about 100x more expensive than a regular novel and not worth it if you are not very patient. Please allow more free coins so we can enjoy reading more.
1 ★It's not bad, just wish it was easier to get coins and wish the chapters were cheaper. Edit: your app is complete trash. I got a reward saying an hour free reading, I was reading and when the hour was up it kicked me out of the chapter, without letting me finish it, then I looked at it had took my coins even though it said I had an hour free. I had 50 to start with and now I only have 6. 😡😡😡
3 ★At first, the app was getting annoying for me having to go to different pages just so I could get free coins. I like the update. Now everything is on one page, the games, the videos tab is much more tidy. One little detail I wish ya'll could add: a way to get free coins without having to rely only on the converted points.
5 ★I'm new to the app, and I see there's already an update, so I'm trying to get used to the new layout. I enjoy reading the few books I have started, but building free Coins to unlock the next chapter is so very slow... I'm sticking to reading just one book & concentrating on it alone. It's a nice app. I just wish it was easier to get points. I've watched a ton of ads to have almost 5k points, but the conversion only takes maybe 150-200 every 24 hours for only maybe 1 chapters worth of coins.
3 ★The App works great for me, functionality-wise! However, it seems rather expensive if you want to read quicker than you can earn free coins. I've spent $20 so far, and it looks like I need to spend $100 more to finish the book, that's just 1 book. There is a free section in the app, and what I've read so far is about the same quality as the book I'm paying for. There are quite a few grammar and punctuation errors in the books, so heads up. Otherwise, I'm really enjoying the content of the books!
3 ★I truly want to like this app. But... Even when I purchase coins, earn points, etc., I end up getting stuck being only able to read a couple chapters each day. If I did not like the story I am trying to finish, I would have sent this app to the garbage dump already. I have another app where you can earn points and watch a video to get to the next chapter immediately. Wish this was the way MoboReader worked.
2 ★I enjoy the stories very much. However, there are a lot of grammar issues, which is quite confusing. The cost of these stories are way too expensive. A person can almost never finish a book because of the cost and the app does not give away enough free coins for the amount of money we spend on a book. Another thing is about the help that Anna gives is null and void. It is a waste to ask anything from her. All in all, I can only give this app two stars.
3 ★Great reads!!! High cost!!! Slow point regeneration!!! You get hooked into a book from the free option only to realize the book is still being written, then you are forced to earn points that don't regenerate at the actual earning rate and you have to wait for the regenerate period. So to keep reading you have to buy points, and can be up to 300 points per chapter..... so lots of money. Wish you could flat rate purchase/unlock all chapters current and future.
3 ★Despite having a paid subscription that allows for unlimited reading and no option to download chapters/ books because it's included, I couldn't read a book on the plane during airplane mode because the upcoming chapters weren't "downloaded". By adding a book to the library for the flight back, only a few of the first couple chapters that are free to the public were available to read. There are glitches to the app and I thought that by having a paid unlimited subscription, I'd have less ads.
4 ★I have just downloaded the app and started my first book. So far I like the book choices offered to me and I am totally engrossed in my first choice to read. The only issue I am having at this point in time, is that the points/coins and how they are managed/converted. Maybe installing some instructions or some thing explaining how the app works would be beneficial to others besides myself.....
1 ★I unlocked a bunch of chapters to binge reader after life slowed down a bit and I went back to read to find that all the chapters I had unlocked were relocked because the free coins unlocked them for a certain period. Not cool as there was no warning that this would happen. Free coins on other apps unlock chapters forever. Fix this and I'll rate higher if I don't uninstall the app first.
1 ★I have used a lot of reading apps and this one is the worst. It is practically impossible to earn a way to read for free at a reasonable pace. Then when I do earn coins they are used to auto unlock chapters in books I have turned off the auto unlock in numerous times. The only reason I haven't uninstalled it yet is because I have a book I am really wanting to finish, but after today and it using over 100 coins automatically I'm done.
