2 ★I keep trying to vote and it keeps giving me a network error but only on certain ones. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but it won't stop giving me network errors. I am connected to wifi and haven't had this problem until 4 days ago. Also I watched ads for hours straight and have 519 items in my mailbox but I don't want to accept them until the network errors stop. Which means I can't support my favorite artists and it makes me really mad.
3 ★this app is good but has many bugs. I you're facing any error, email the team in KOREAN! when I first sent a message in English they ignored me lol and then sent it in Korean with the help of Google translate of course and they did reply. their English is weak.

3 ★The app is nice from what I saw, but when I found myself doing a reinstall, I found that there were some issues with basic features being missing. When registering with email, you don't have a 비밀번호 다시 입력. I think this is an important feature, since it helps the user to verify that what they think they entered as a password was indeed what they typed. But I understand that there are schools of thought that think that "re-enter password" is old school and is made a pointless and redundant feature when you can just reset password. Which is the other issue, your app does not have a password reset/ lost password/ 비밀번호 찾기 option. I have tried contact you in hopes of retrieving/resetting my login. Your website has a "Contact Us" button, but the email field is blank. I have tried using the email you list in the Google Play, but have yet to receive a response. I suppose I could just make another account, but I had spent 10 dollars for KISS points already, so that would feel like a bit of a loss to me.

4 ★Hi, I'm sorry to write a negative review. I have been using this app for a while. I don't know but it seems to be glitching always especially the lucky box. It's not like before where I can easily watch ads if I click the pink section. Now, it takes a lot of time for it to work. It always says "ready to movie. Please try again." My connection is strong so I think the app is glitching. I hope you could fix it because I also need hearts for GOT7 and I need the lucky box to work so i can have my wish granted. I wish you could read this. It's okay not to respond but I hope you can fix the app. Thank you.
