1 ★Får ikke brukt appen siden den blir bare stuck i kartet når jeg trykker på "min lokasjon" knapp. Så den klarer ikke å låse opp sykkel siden den finner ikke posisjon. Jeg har skrudd på posisjon i innstillingene og appen har fungert helt fint tidligere.
5 ★This is a great service with a great app and fantastic customer service! The price is fair and bikes are often available at a station within a couple min of walking (exception perhaps during rush hour). The customer service is also fantastic. Over the past few years of using the bike I had problems twice and each time I was helped and refunded when needed immediately and in a friendly manner. No need to get frustrated, the customer service is so understanding!

God pris for det da, men aldri sykler der man trenger det, alltid fullt der man trenger å parkere, alltid problemer med parkering ifølge flere gamle brukere. Update: Would you care to elaborate on those “security reasons”? That doesn’t explain why you’ve chosen to discriminate against people without smart phones with mobile net. I checked that email form November 2022: It does NOT mention that specific change in service, neither the date it will enter into force. Same on your website.
1 ★Appen er ok, men anbefaler ikke tjenesten. Oslo Bysykkel har sluttet helt å frakte sykkler, dette fører til at alle parkeringer i sentrum konstant er fulle (i.e. man kan ikke parkere der), mens det ikke finnes en eneste sykkel utenfor ring 2.
