1 ★The app is fine actually, but the service is terrible compared to other city bikes around the world. Whenever I want to use it I can almost never find usable bikes. Flat tires, broken seats or simply no bikes. Forget this unless it's raining, as they seems to have sold 100 times more subscriptions than their capacity allows. It's more a lottery than a bike service. Also hard to park the bike when arriving, no spots left to put it there. And you can only use it for 45 minutes. Badly need a competitor.

3 ★App is in general great, only issue is that the "report a problem button" is not working (slightly ironic). The bikes are often not great (sometimes awful) , but hope to see them improve.

3 ★Appen kunne hatt betaling for en dag eller noe liggende for vi som ikke bor fast i Oslo

5 ★Virker kjempefint. Hadde vært kjekt med en liten vibrasjon for å indikere når sykkelen er klar til å plukkes så man slipper å glane på skjermen helt til den er klar. Ellers hadde det vært stilig å kunne velge et stativ man er på vei til og få en alarm om det blir fullt/tomt før man kommer dit.

5 ★Installasjonen lagde ingen ikon på telefonen. Må jeg søke frem appen via Play Store for å finne den? Edit: Fant ikonet. Problemet var at den heter forskjellige navn i Store sammenlignet med på telefonen. Oppgraderte til 5*!

5 ★Praktisk, brukervennlig, billig og ikke minst miljøvennlig. Et lite forbedringspotensiale: det er veldig lett for andre å se når du taster inn pin, men dette har ikke vært noe problem foreløpig. Keep up the good work!

3 ★Sometimes the "unlock bike" option shows up when i am near the bike rack and sometimes i have to restart the app to get this option. It does not update as fast as it should if a bike rack gets full after you checked it still shows that you have space. What happens to the bikes with the red x, how can one correct the status and unlock them?

5 ★Fantastisk opplegg, så lett å hente ut sykkel, så fint å kunne se hvor det er ledige plasser å levere. Litt buggy da jeg skulle levere sykkelen, men det var lissom greit fordi appen har chatfunksjonen, hvor jeg fikk hyggelig og god hjelp av Liisa. Smart at man kan sende bilder i chatten.
