There's lots of sections to choose from to help with whatever is troubling you and with repeated use and positive affirmations you'll be amazed at much help you'll get. You won't want to stop using it as it becomes a way of life but it's always your choice. I also paid for lots on Audible but now can't access them but that's a problem with Audible and not with this app. It doesn't cost anything to try the app and lots to choose from. Try it.
