5 ★Absolutly love this App! Wish I could give it 10 stars. I love my irl yoga classes but having this app has been so good for my mental health. I love how its not limited to just yoga, lots of different wellbeing classes like meditations, breathing excercises and soundbaths. Its like gaving a wellbeing hub available 24 hours a day for whenever I need, where ever I need. After a traumatic time in 2022, I have found this app life changing for me & reminds me to set aside time for myself. I love it!
5 ★Wonderful yoga app. I have tried a few different ones, but hannahs style combines a variety of classes, and always brings the focus back to breath. There are a great selection of classes, guest teachers and meditations. Hannah and the admin team are also active in the community feature giving the whole platform a real community feel. Definitely recommend!
