Description

Flores Mobile App provides a single access point for participants to upload debit card documentation/claims while providing real-time access to consumer driven account data whenever and wherever through our fully responsive website.

Simply log on to the application using your PID or User Name and your password.

Capture for Debit Card Documentation or Claim Submissions

To submit a claim, select “Upload” from the main screen then select the type of claim to upload. You can then photograph your documentation, upload up to 10 images from your camera roll, and add claim details.

Once your claim is submitted you will receive the standard e-Status messages as the document is processed by Flores.

Viewing Account Information

You are also able to access your Flores Account Information using this mobile app. By selecting one of your accounts, you will be taken to the responsive Flores247.com website without a need for an additional login. Through this portal you can view account history, plan documents, add Authorized Users, add/edit Direct Deposit information, and access helpful guides.

3 ★This is great if you only need to see how much you have in your account. You get sent to the web version if you try to do anything to manage your account. Seems like a waste of time and resources for the company.

2 ★When I first downloaded Flores it worked just fine. But recently it won't accept my images as documents. It won't allow me to submit my claim. It keeps saying, "Must add a supporting document", when I have already uploaded images of my receipts. I have to email myself my receipts to submit my claims on my PC. Can someone on the IT team look into this???

1 ★The document library in the app is different from the one on the website (which is also different depending on whether or not you log in) and the form required to submit a reimbursement claim for dependent care is ONLY available on the website IF you are logged in. Also, the app only allows a user to submit one attachment with a claim, although they require two docs to approve a claim. I hate working with this company, and I hate this app.

1 ★This app has gone to the toilet. After using it for a few years it no longer will allow me to login via the app. The user/password that I use on their website doesn't work on the app. I have tried changing my password but this did not have any bearing on fixing my problem. I have tried calling their password assistance number numerous times and have waited 40 minutes yet have not been able to reach ANYONE!! So disgusted with them. Will not be using them anymore in the future!!

1 ★I'm unable to login via Android mobile app (Android 15), it has worked at some point in the past. Using the exact same username/password I can login using a browser, but it says to use the mobile app to upload documents.. so this is a bit frustrating.
