1 ★Well, I've been usimg this for a month I supposed, and today, my canvases were gone except for the latest one. Fortunately, one was finished and saved as .jpg while another is just an empty page. Nonetheless, I'm really upset. What's more is that it crashes very often today - about 4-5 times already! Hope these issues will be fixed soon. Otherwise, I'm changing product.
1 ★Was great for the first couple of days. However, it first stopped working when it wouldn't open because it "needed more permissions" even though it already had them, causing me to have to reinstall and lose all my sketches. Now it literally crashes every few seconds. It was great when it worked, but that unfortunately didn't last long.
3 ★I absolutely love this app and I've used it for probably close to 8 years. I know it like the back of my hand and I've used it for so much. Unfortunately with the latest update I opened my app to find that every single piece of artwork had disappeared and that the recovery options recommended on forums were not even close to working. Now, not only have I lost my work, but I also can't even save new work to my phone. I literally can't make anything new anymore. I hope they fix this soon.
1 ★Deleted ALL my art and became a crashing nightmare! I used to love this app, I had a bunch of works in progress in my gallery. When I opened the app today, the gallery is empty, all my work is gone. I spend a few hours figuring out how to get access to my art, and I can finally import a piece into the app, only to have the app constantly crash. This was pretty much my last hope for a decent drawing app for my tablet. I want to pay for something STABLE, not these messy unfinished apps.
1 ★I loved this app, it made drawing very fun and easy, it used to be a 5 star app but I was about work on a project this morning and the app kept closing on me, I didn't think anything of it then I also noticed that all of my previous work has been deleted or something, so not only I'm unable to use the able but all of my previous work are gone. Will give it 5 stars if things started working again
1 ★I've been using this app for several years now. The past few weeks I've experienced crashing, lagging and other annoyances. It also deleted all of my art. I've spent hundreds of hours working on art in the program and it won't let me access my .tiff files to try and recover them. I've searched all over the web and found nothing to help fix it. Very upset. It's been a great app till now, great user friendly interface, lots of options. But between the loss of my work, and the crashing... I'm upset
1 ★To everyone that lost their artwork because of the update, if you go into files on your device and type in Autodesk Sketchbook and click the Cache folder, most of your drawings should still be there. I managed to recover 85% of my artwork. Hope this helps, if you see this and this helps click "Yes this helps" so others can see it. Or write a review of your own.
1 ★You can't add a pictures to the canvas without crashing the app, you can't save pictures without crashing the app, for some reason a bunch of features were removed from the app without explanation. None of these problems existed until this morning when i started it up after it said it needed permissions to the storage and files before you could use it, but it's impossible to give it the permissions to use it. Reinstalled the app and suddenly and all these problems started occuring.
4 ★I have a complaint about the most recent update, 30 June 2021; The Copy tool doesn't work anymore and neither does the paste tool. Additionally the pinch to gallery option doesn't work anymore and the file comes out corrupted and has to be deleted, although I can still save work via manual save and/or screenshotting. But please, fix this. Edit: I noticed the issue warning, thanks for acknowledging the bugs, I hope you fix it (and I'm happy for your app's independence).
1 ★Been using the app for several months, for the first time today the app would not open. An error message would pop up saying "must allow permissions for camera, photos and media files." I did just that, several times. App still refused to open. Uninstalled the app, then reinstalled. App opened, I allowed permissions, and lo and behold...all my projects gone! Multiple layers! Very unhappy, all I want is my files and work back. Otherwise, what's the point of using the app only to be disappointed.
1 ★I will be installing an old API and turning off auto-update. Who were the geniuses behind this latest update?! This app has been amazing and largely unchanged for years up until two days ago. I also had the permissions bug so I re-installed the app to find this hot mess. One of the best features removed, the Library of copics. If you're gonna start charging for this app, put some of that money towards getting this licence back. Can't access my old files either. I have deadlines this week!
1 ★Generally it was an okay app, I have been using it for years but it's time I switched to something else due to the app no longer working as it should. If you now try and import an image the app crashes and erases your work until you uninstall and reinstall. Even after reinstalling you are still unable to import images Edit: other features also no longer work, such as copy and pasting. There is no point in downloading this app if you can't do the bear minimum
