2 ★Can't load my home feed and see other people's posts ,and all my photos will not load up now , pretty poor atm
3 ★Like the app a lot, very nice, modern interface, the simplified categories are a good. My major complaint is not being able to retroactively change the reach of an article... I can't tell others to use the app when, instead of simply editing, you have to recreate a post just to change the reach. There's a lot of potential here for it to replace Facebook in my life... I eagerly await feature updates.
3 ★I really enjoy using the app but I have this consistent problem when I try to upload any photos — rather than leave me at the top/most recent photos, the app will forcibly move me to another part of the album I'm in. No matter how much I scroll up to get back to the top, I scroll past the same pictures over and over again. It's very frustrating.
1 ★Wanted to try out this app, but don't like the fact that it requires your phone number to sign up.
1 ★I never saw application this buggy in my life! Basic idea is good but the realization is the worst I ever saw, so let's start with few bugs: 1. Notification section in app doesn't work. 2. You can add only photos from camera folder on your phone, other folders are present but doesn't work (photos in it doesn't show so you cannot select them and post it on your profile) 3. The email verficitation doesn't work eighter. 4. If you log out good luck logging in again because it's impossible!
5 ★I'm aware of all the negative reviews but my experience has been flawless. I registered in less than 3 minutes and using Vero has been effortless. The only issue is the relative lack of people on Vero - there is content there but people have to give Vero a try now, in 2021. This is the closest alternative to old Instagram when it had a chronological feed. On Vero there are no ads, a chronological feed and lots of options for posting. If you're sick of Instagram then Vero is worth it.
4 ★I think the app is really good, even though the platform could have more people the way posts are made and viewed is much better than other social media like instagram or Facebook. My only complain would be the lack of a custom feed / separate feed where we can see posts of hashtags we decide to follow, so we could keep up with what we like to see and that the community uploads, so we don't miss it. Good work, it only needs a few missing features but overall very aesthetic, very nice! Thx.
4 ★love the concept of this app but it's a little bit too slow has a lot of bugs and images on my feed are lower quality (preview). Also it was hard to change my profile photo (couldn't see where to click to change it - not clear) - but overall i think this could be the future of social apps - soo cool and looks good
1 ★Can't activate. Provided email and ph#. Received SMS w the 4 digit activation code and link to activate as an alternative. Both result in "The code you have entered is incorrect." EDIT: I had a verification email sitting in my email that I had no indication I would receive. I was ready to leave FB and recommend this app to all my friends. The bad onboarding isn't mitigated by support after the fact. Can't recommend to friends w/out providing instructions...so won't.
4 ★I really prefer Vero's UI to IG. It reminds me of a more put together older Instagram. I can't wait for it to be more visible to the public eye, as many of my friends and followers are resistant to going to a platform that's not well known. Figures 😅
3 ★I used Vero in 2018, then left in frustration due to lack of functionality, & decided to give it another try about a month ago. The app has improved over time, adding functions & becoming a bit faster when loading, and it quickly grew on me, but at the end of the day, it's still very buggy, unreliable and - well, frustrating. Videos, even 10 seconds long, are impossible to upload; the app doesn't run in the background so if you leave it open & switch to another app, the app restarts. And so on..
2 ★Some aspects aren't thought out well for users. For example, a contact request came in and it gave me two options, to accept the request or follow. This became quickly confusing because I accepted the request and then the following option disappeared, leaving the person who made the contact with me (their first contact) as having no followers. Changing your photo should be as easy as clicking on your "avatar." My biggest complaint, no app for my tablet and my tablet is my go to device.
