1 ★Your latest upgrade is very buggy.( I am assuming it's a bug and not some sad attempt to force users to refer the app)the app does not show me rider shares for my rides and just asks to refer people. If this issues is not fixed soon I will be forced to use a different platform. Please be sincere with your services. Armtwisting your users will not help you in the long run.
1 ★They least bother about seeing any point of improvement on basic things then forget about scaling the business. Investors should check other apps. Even sending them mails for improvement they won't answer. I have already replied that there is no open way to tally my transactions. Have wallet there and transaction history for reconciliation.
1 ★It's worst app, there is no detail of your payment made and If you cancel the ride due to vehicle not coming on time, money will not be return....also car pool accept the request and does not come on time, there is no specific time mentioned at what time they will reach to your location....worst experience....
1 ★Very Pathetic app. Keeps on deducting money on a regular basis. I did raised a request for my payment and even after 10 days no amount credited. Can't talk to customer care as no contact are mentioned. There is only one customer support email from where you will never get any response even after multiple emails.
1 ★Worst app used ever. A money hogger with No proper menus available. App get amount from you and no way to check where balance is credited. It's like putting money in sink and forget. Shows old out dated rides who never reply. App name should be NoRide Map are so small can't even zoom in to check pickup location Waste of time in searching correct ride. It list ride for which time has already passed I would have given slaps 🤪 but have to give at least one star
1 ★The worst App designed for commute. For any issues that you raise with them, please don't expect a response from them as they are too casual and lazy to respect your issues. You can't take any trials, you have to subscribe only to use this App for any ride you book. If you select your self as a rider, you have to pay for the ride for texting or calling that person. I didn't take any ride however my money is stuck, no refund done and they simply don't respond. It's PATHETIC.
1 ★A pathetic setting of this app is : it directly adds a ride even if user searches for possible pool on route defined. This flows wrong message and unnecessary calls. Rather app should add/ improve current option as: After pool search for that time, user should have right to set that ride. Now just clicking 'new ride' directly creates a ride which can cause confusion among other riders As of now, it is forceful action by Sride by ignoring ride setter's opinion/ preference.
1 ★One of the worst app. no valid ride is showing,I made 2 account s in on eits showing perfect route matches but I don't have subscription in that,but once I purchase subscription I don't have nearly any ride match for my route.and no rider is answering my call and telling me to cancel it from my side.pathetic app.
1 ★Ever time to redeem the amount to bank you have to raise request multiple times. Old request gets vanished after 8-10 days. Even after mailing customer care no response is there. For redeem we have to wait even months in the name of bank holidays but for deducting the subscription money from the wallet there's no delay of few seconds also. Very much punctual about deduction of subscription money but at the time of redemption they have thousands of issues with the bank and app update and what not
1 ★Not sure whether this is a big issue or a scam, but the rides I buy during requesting a ride, are always unsuccessful. Today also, I purchased a new ride, paid the amount, and requested for a ride. Suddenly my app got logged out and after logging in, the person whom I requested is no longer visible to me. This happened with me earlier as well. Other riders are not relevant for me and now my money is stuck with SRide. Earlier also, my rides had got expired and my money got wasted.
2 ★Scam - They will show you exact match if you haven't taken membership yet. When you purchase it , it will vanish. Don't do this Sride.... 2) And You should also return excess amount while paying the ride. 1)New Voucher system is not good. 2)Better start monthly subscription with Wallet system. 3) it should fetch balance at the time of buying ride. Like we do in swiggy. Rating shd be annoymus. So that ppl can give fair rating. Nice app. Save fuel.
1 ★The purpose it serves is good. But what's the use if one cannot use the app properly? It's glitchy at best. Doesn't show booked rides properly. Very difficult to navigate. Please fix the interface
