シフトの作成を支援します。一部を手作業で割り当てて、残りの未割当の部分について自動で割当を行うこともできます。
自動割当では割当ルールに合わせて、できるだけ公平なシフト表を作成します。
割当ルールとしては以下のような内容を設定できます。

・あるシフトの後に割当不可のシフトの設定。夜勤の後に早番は不可など。
