A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★For some reason it uses a TON of data when it's not open. This is the only news video app for Chromecast, so you're pretty much stuck with it. I decided I can't handle it anymore and deleted it. It's constantly disconnecting, crashing, dual playing on my phone and tv, and the news stories aren't even very good quality when they do play.
2 ★Video quality is very low. Not sure why. It's a video based app. Also, app should allow you to play on a continuous flow. Has potential because it has good stories.
4 ★A deeper archive of stories would be great. Glad I can Chromecast the segments now.
3 ★Love the app itself but even when I don't open it all day, it still uses 10% of my battery.
2 ★Update: still plays both on chromecast and the phone, plays on chromecast and says impossible to connect to the chromecast (while still playing), impossible to stop (launch another chromecast app) and so on... /// But really needs a lot of work :disconnects from the chromecast, network errors, plays on both the Android and the TV,...
2 ★I hadn't used this for a week or so, but it kept downloading news clips anyway. I found them in another media app and was perplexed where they came from. Finally I figured it out. BUT there appears to be no option in the app to download on demand only and delete after viewing. That's what I expect. Reluctantly uninstalling. Somebody email me when they fix this :'( Update: Even after uninstalling from my S5, the 90MB PostTV-Videos folder remained. Uninstalling from my Nexus 7 too.
2 ★Unfortunately bandwidth hog. Need to uninstall.
1 ★It keep downloading videos without my permission. Uninstalling it.
2 ★No Chromecast unless tablet is held with the small ends up and down. Sound echo's intermittently when on tablet only. Sometimes sound is on tablet and TV with Chromecast. Only control is pause if tablet is held long ends top and bottom of screen when app starts. Doesn't work very well on Nexus 10 tablet.
3 ★A move in the right direction for the +Washington Post ; though, sadly, the functionality with the chromecast is lacking greatly, but hopefully this will improve in the near future. This app has a lot of potential, with a worthy news source at the backend. I'd like to see it improved ASAP for the use with the chromecast dongle.
2 ★I really want to like this app but chromecast keeps disconnecting after about 4-5 minutes. Also seeing video playback bugs when just playing on my device.
2 ★This has me beat. Video starts playing at the outset and - that's it! No choices, no casting, nothing but on or off. I don't get it. It sure doesn't match the description.
