WHAT IS SNAPCLARITY?Snapclarity is an online platform offering people an industry-leading mental health checkup and personalized actionable plan. Upon completing the mental health assessment, clients will receive assessment results and information regarding their potential treatment pathways.
Clients are matched to a therapist, specializing in their areas of concern, and commence therapy via a secure live video/audio connection with complimentary text messaging.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
There are four easy steps to starting your mental health journey with Snapclarity.
Your Mental Health Checkup
We will walk you through a clinically validated in-depth assessment with questions that have been developed to identify different levels of risk areas within 13 primary mental health disorders.
Assessment results
We give you a Personalized Wellness Strategy --in PDF form-- which can be viewed, saved and shared at the client's discretion.
Client care management
Share your results from your assessment with one of our registered nurses and book a free 15-20 minute call to review your results and help guide you on your roadmap to wellness.
Match with a therapist
Our matching algorithm pairs the client with a proven and accredited licenced therapist, according to the client's areas of concern and the therapist's area of expertise.
WHO ARE THE THERAPISTS?
Therapists are required to hold a Masters level or Ph.D. education, in a therapy-related field with 2+ years of counselling experience. They need to be registered with a therapy regulatory college or a Canada-wide association such as the CCPA whilst receiving regular clinical supervision.
WHAT IS THE COST/IS IT COVERED BY INSURANCE?
Snapclarity offers a FREE mental health checkup, a personalized wellness strategy and self-help tools. These features are a great start to your journey to wellness. However, if you want to take it a step further, Snapclarity gives you the option to access a full month of therapy for the cost of a single session!
Our plan begins at $39.99 a week/billed monthly and include:
15 minute consultation our Registered Nurse and Care Coordinator
One month access to your matched license therapist in a secure private chat room
60 minutes of video chat per month with your personal therapist.
Complimentary text messaging with your therapist (expected to respond 1-2 times a day).
If you have benefits or a healthcare insurance plan, Snapclarity mental health services may be covered by your provider. We highly encourage you to speak with one of your provider's representatives to establish if your Snapclarity sessions and monthly fees are reimbursable.
