Si tratta di un'app Marcatempo che genera un qr-code ogni secondo, il qr-code generato viene acquisito dall'app Admin-Dipendenti che con una comunicazione client server trasmette all' app Marcatempo il codice dipendente. L'app Admin-Dipendente e L'app Marcatempo devono essere connessi sulla stessa rete.
NB. Nel pieno rispetto delle indicazioni del Garante sulla Privacy in materia di Marcatempo su Smartphone del dipendente, L'app NON effettua nessuna geolocalizzazione del dipendente, ne tantomeno raccoglie dati o trasmette dati sulla posizione del telefono, ne trasmette dati personali.
