3 ★c'est une app avec laquelle on peut rapporter des problèmes, mais on ne peut pas rapporter des problèmes avec l'app via l'app.

3 ★Il n'y a aucun moyen de changer la langue de l'application qui est automatiquement la même que l'appareil. C'est ridicule de devoir changer la langue de l'appareil pour que l'application soit en français., surtout lorsqu'il s'agit de l'application d'une ville francophone. Aussi, l'application ne reste pas connectée à mon compte bien longtemps comparé à toutes les autres applications que j'utilise. Pas très pratique lorsque l'on veut rapporter un problème rapidement à l'extérieur.

1 ★It could be so great, but it has two big problems: 1) it doesn't remember account details for long; a log-in is required each time you report something. 2) no additional info is given after a request is "processed". Half the time I report cleanliness problems, NOTHING gets done. I call 311 with the request number to know a bogus reason. 311 operators (Le Sud Ouest) tell me they can't see the photos I uploaded. But they open a new ticket and then the work is done. Is it to maintain job security?

5 ★I'm very satisfied with this. The app is very basic, but the city's response time is really good. I used it a few times already to notify the city about forgotten signage and fallen branches, and it was picked up within 2 days. Strongly recommend!

2 ★Cant use the app anymore to report potholes. Once I try to upload a picture it simply crashes. Since this was the only reason why I had this App on my phone and I can't do anymore it's simply taking unjustified space on my phone. 2 stars cause those stars can keep each other company.

1 ★Missing the option to report a street that doesn't have orange cones yet.

3 ★L'application en elle même n'est pas tant problématique, outre le fait qu'il est impossible de lui donner accès aux fichiers ou à l'appareil photo de notre téléphone. Nous ne pouvons donc pas insérer de photos pour accompagner les requêtes que nous soumettons. Le reste des commentaires/critiques qui pourraient être faits concerne l'utilisation du système par les employés de la ville, pas l'application en elle-même.

2 ★App can not take pictures, permission on android not there for camera, please add camera permission on android devices.

2 ★À date, pas impresionné. Pas capable de mettre de photo (aucun moyen d'activer les permissions), pas capable d'entrer la bonne addresse pour la demande de service (bac de composte pas vidé). On verra, c'est ma première utilisation. Mais à date ça regarde pas bien.
