Description

Master Lock® Vault eLocks is being shut down and replaced by Master Lock® Vault Home.

On November 4th, 2020, we will be shutting down the Master Lock® Vault eLocks app and web page. Going forward you will need to use the Master Lock Vault Home app to open and manage your locks. You will still be able to migrate you Master Lock Vault eLocks account after November 4th.

Master Lock Vault Home is an entirely redesigned app which features an enhanced user experience and expanded capabilities. You may download the new Master Lock Vault Home app from the Apple App and Google Play Stores. Upon opening the new app, you will be able to create a Master Lock Vault Home account and seamlessly migrate your existing locks from your Master Lock Vault eLocks account.

How to install Master Lock Vault eLocks APK on Android phone or tablet?

1 ★This app should not be running all of the time with a persistent notification. Have to force close it or disable all notifications from the app to get them to go away.

5 ★The app worked well with no crashes. I did not notice any excessive battery use. The app was UI was functional and utilitarian vs focusing on astethics and animations. Overall a good experience.

2 ★Smartphone doesn't make unlocking the lock any faster or easier, actually probably longer to open. Constantly going back and forth with lock and phone trying to actually get it to unlock. Faster to use combination, now to find the combination to it...

4 ★The lock works nicely for me, however it's so big I can't use it for too much besides locking a trailer. Great for travel, not so much for lockers.

1 ★phone notifications cannot be accesed or cleared. Taking ages to connect as keeps wanting the password and firmware updates then start again. very frustrating app / product for soooo much money...

3 ★The app is good but I have to always put password to open and also I can't adjust text if I am sharing access to others. The text is too long and quest doesn't understand that

1 ★2019 you'd imagine that simple functions such as pairing devices would be simple. Calibrate function is not working fails to pair the app with my smart lock. Massive waste of money!!

1 ★App lets me change the codes, then reverts them back to the old codes. The worst and most undependable lock system I have ever seen. I mean...it works if you never change the code, the software simply doesn't work. If you are considering using these for rentals take them back right now. They're worthless. They keep telling people in their responses they are opening a ticket but the ticket does nothing. The so called tech help just throws their hands in the area. It's crazy, the product simply doesn't work and they know it.

4 ★(Note: I only own a dialSpeed lock, not a Bluetooth one) It's a bit laggy, but it does the job. I appreciate that the location permission is optional.

2 ★I have to have this app for work but it constantly drains my battery. Everyone else in our office had the same issues.

5 ★I you can always find issues with things. The difference is finding a company that listens and responds. Master really is concerned about how they are perceived and do their best to make stuff right. They are also concerned with maintaining your electronic security. For even more controls, use the Enterprise locks. Especially if you are a business.

5 ★The small electronic Master Lock works well with the app. I have not had any problems with it and it is fun to play around with with my friends.
