A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

4 ★Really enjoying this app! Before this, I was manually scanning receipts, etc and organizing them in Drive. Of course that took time, and if I didn't scan them right away, they got stacked on top of the fridge in my To Be Scanned Later pile. Now, I can scan immediately and the organization is done for me! This rocks and that pile on the fridge is gone!
3 ★Great idea and helps a person to get organized, and thanks for getting the app to this point. I was looking for something like this when I happened to come across it by accident. I already have places to 'stack' my medical, financial, receipts etc stuff. But not my loose notes. I take notes during the day on small pieces of paper that get 'stacked' all over the pace. I get angry 'caus I can't find them. So I gave this app a try-- I created a folder "Notes" and loaded up a couple to try things out. I don't like the fact that the app decides which folder my note goes into-- I want to make that decision. I use Google keyboard on my Pixel2. To give the folder a name the top of the keyboard cuts off part of the bottom of the 'Name' input form --hard to work with. Since I can't freely chose which folder the note goes into it would be great to have 'Tags' so I could sort all of the notes with the same tag. Many of my notes are hand written-- I know this is a real headache when trying to sort or get a digital handle on it. I have tried a few apps like OneNote, EverNote, and Keep etc. and they have not been an ideal fit. I like your approach-- quick input, storage in folders, search capabilities. Date and time would be important to me as well. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to comment.
4 ★A great standalone scanning app with some amazing auto-categorization features. New addition of Dark Mode makes the UI much sleeker, though a lack of subfolders and few color correction options put this app behind CamScanner. The developers appear to be very active, though, and I can't wait to see what the future of this app looks like!
4 ★Nice work. Would have been even more useful if the white balance could be adjusted after taking the photos. Currently my workflow is like this: take photo using Microsoft Lens, adjust colors and crop, save to PDF/Gallery, then open Stack and add the PDF/photo to a stack. Using 2 separate apps to do the job feels a bit cumbersome. Hence the 4 stars (for now). Hope it becomes a regularly maintained app to scan and organize documents all in one place instead of ending up in the Google graveyard.
5 ★Amazing app for saving different types of documents. This app is useful because I can include all kinds of docs by just taking a quick picture, I like that it doesn't add the images to my camera roll. It saves me hours every week because all of my docs are organized right there in the app and there is no need to convert anything. A big bonus is how easy it is to save to my drive. The only thing I would add is the ability to reorder pages. Great app!
5 ★So far this is really helping me get rid of paper that I have in stacks, literally. I'm finding it super convenient. But I have to say that, like so many Google things I've loved in the past, imminent loss seems always on the horizon. (Looking at you Hangouts, Google Music, Cloud Print, Google Notebook, to name a few.
4 ★Kudos for 1) creating an app out of the "scan" button on Google Drive app, while also 2) ignoring Google Keep (where this feature should reside), and for 3) finding a new way to use up my Drive space. Two issues I've found are that 1) when I'm in Stack and I delete an item, you leave that item in the Drive archive, taking up space. And 2) since you are recognizing characters for search, please allow me to a) copy text, and b) convert an item to a G Doc / Sheet.
4 ★Great concept but needs work auto rotating the photos my parents typically take. Plus, we have to manually sort the documents. Once the app is able to do most of this stuff for you, it'll be a must have.
3 ★Really cool when it works, but knocking off a couple of stars as it's very buggy and I'd say half the time fails to scan without crashing (Pixel 5 so Google's own hardware). But if they make it a bit more reliable I think it could be a great app.
5 ★1Jun2021: Very good so far. Adding past PDFs and organizing. Very easy to use.
4 ★Awesome features for organizing files, but the color filters could be improved. Being able to fine tune contrast and black/white thresholds would be nice, since some handwritten documents show a lot of artifacts and imperfections when scanned.
5 ★firstly goodbye to all scanning apps selling their cloud storage and subscriptions. stacks gives me all categories and I can add my custom Stacks also and they all get stored into Google drive under the main folder stacks, under each of those individual stacks are stored as folders. fishing out my documents will be lot easier.
