3 ★Super glitchy. If you click to see more information on an item, when you click back to go to the screen with all the items, all the sudden everything is in a different order. Favorites don't work or just disappear.
5 ★I love these styles! They are perfect for women on the go. I'm always running from one sport to another and each outfit works for sports and casual wear. I can also dress up the pieces for a more stylish setting. I'm curvy and I still look good in Athleta!
1 ★This app is STILL HORRIBLE. It signs me out after not using the app for a couple days. I'm tired of having to retrieve my password and enter it in every time I want to glance at clothing. And just as annoying, the app takes forever to load anything. I open the app and get a blank white screen that usually doesn't load anything. Horrible!!
3 ★The previous app had more accurate data on rewards. This one is significantly off. When I connect to my credit card, it keeps telling me there is a problem and I have to reenter the same information several times.
2 ★As others have said, love the brand but the app is bad. So laggy, requires log in (without so much as remembering your username) EVERY darn time, navigation structure fine but performance awful. Get a UX designer and dynamic imaging already! Yikes.
1 ★The company is pushing us to use the app by offering an app only discount. However, the app will not work properly. Says to refresh, after trying about 25x in the last hour. A coupon that can't be used is not a coupon. I just want the clothes, but I can't use the coupon on the website.
1 ★Love the brand. This rating is in regards to the app which has major scrolling issues. After clicking to see item, going back means rescrolling through the entire list to get back to the last spot of view. Please correct!
1 ★None of my orders show under any of the brands, and when purchasing with PayPal your app signs a user out so the order is placed as a "guest" order and then never shows under their acct. It didn't used to be like this, back in Dec/Jan. If the app isn't fixed, I don't know that I will continue shopping at Athleta/Gap/Banana Republic online. Very frustrating and disappointing
3 ★Have to sign in multiple times, doesn't default to Athleta credit card and have enter ccv every time. Sure this is for security but why do I have to sign in 5 times for less than 1p min of shopping. Already had items in bag just wanted to review and purchase. Love the store but the app is frustrating every time I use it.
1 ★Athleta, what's the deal charging me for shipping when I'm a loyalty member? I spent 45 min on the phone yesterday with customer service who assured me as long as I logged into my account I would not pay shipping. AND she had no way to find the code for Fit Pro. so, not only am I paying shipping, but I lost out on my discount! What's going on?!!!!

1 ★Others have said this and I've sent this feedback to them through the app but have only seen it get worse. Consistently asking me to login (even the same day) while just browsing, frequently failing to load, and now adding frequent crashes regularly making it impossible to load. I love Athleta's products but this app is increasing rage inducing to use.
