1 ★The worst app ever. Almost impossible to shop with. Back button takes you right out to the home screen, its impossible to use the filters as an annoying toolbar at the bottom covers up the buttons to apply them. Poorly laid out, poorly designed, absolute waste of time.
2 ★Not very intuitive to use. When you tap back on an item you've selected, the app takes you back to the home screen rather than the specific selection you were looking at so you have to search again. Very frustrating
1 ★navigation and usability is so so poor. extremely frustrating I actually gave up. app experience is no better than navigating the mobile site, in fact I think it is worse. thought I'd use as a go to app for baby items but have now deleted it was so poor and will instead shop with H&M and M&S as their apps are far easier to use.
1 ★Awful. Keeps crashing. I really don't understand why they changed it. It was so much better. Now I receive each day a new message of "welcome to Gap". Yesterday I had to add 3 times my purchase as it kept emptying the bag each now and then.
2 ★Why does this app behave like no other? The back button takes you to the main screen not just back one page. Also each time I open it it's signed me out. Mind you, their website is pretty bad too.
1 ★This is a shockingly bad app, I use it regularly because I like the products and the offers, but it mostly does not work, ether it's crashing or won't let you input what you want. Just go to the shop. This is the worst
1 ★Never had issues before however, reinstalled on a new replacement phone. When trying to log in, app keeps sending activation code to old phone number that I no longer have. Gap Customer services cannot assist or update my details, they have put the issue back to the developer. So have lost denim addict status.
1 ★Terrible experience. I have just spent 40 minutes shopping. The app is extremely slow and keeps crashing. After the last crash my entire cart with 10 items in it disappeared. At this point I am giving up and uninstalling the application.

1 ★Registration of rewards doesn't work. When purchasing jeans it should register a stamp. After 5 you get the 6th free. So far only 3 of my 5 have registered and I can't bring myself to call their awful customer service line again. Terrible clunky app and equally badly customer service!
1 ★It does not show the menu every time I go onto the app. It's always blank. I couldn't place an order before it started going blank and had to order through the official website on Google instead of the app itself.
1 ★This app is dreadful. Considering it's a massive retailer, this is appalling UX. Slow, can't go back into my search after viewing one item, then when I do go back it deletes everything in bag. Deleting app, not wasting phone memory on this.
