Description
De MaxiApp is bedoeld als hulpmiddel om samen met Koninklijke Oosterhof Holman te werken aan optimale veiligheid en gezondheid. Het doel is het voorkomen en/of oplossen van (potentieel) onveilige of ongezonde situaties.Met de MaxiApp kun je eenvoudig en laagdrempelig een veiligheidsmelding indienen of een veiligheidsinspectie uitvoeren. Deze melding wordt gekoppeld aan een project en kan worden voorzien van foto’s. Er kunnen taken worden toebedeeld aan verantwoordelijken waarvan de voortgang wordt bewaakt.
Via de MaxiApp krijg je terugkoppeling op meldingen. Afhankelijk van je functie kun je ook verschillende typen bijeenkomsten aanmaken en vastleggen wat besproken is en wie hierbij aanwezig waren.
Je kunt zien bij welke bijeenkomsten je zelf aanwezig was en wat je toebedeelde taken zijn.
Er is informatie te vinden over veilig werken in de bibliotheek met toolboxen en in het VGM-handboek.
De MaxiApp helpt je bij het uitvoeren van een LMRA (Last Minute Risico Analyse). Ook vind je er onze missie op het gebied van veiligheid, de acht verwachtingen en belangrijk veiligheidsnieuws.
