S@M is een afkorting van Safety At Mourik.Veilig werken is onze ‘licence to operate’. Bij Mourik investeren we in de permanente ontwikkeling en verbetering van een proactief gestructureerd veiligheidsbeleid. Hierbij geven we invulling aan alle aspecten die veiligheid op de werkplek beheersen en verbeteren. Veiligheid is een blijvend punt van aandacht. We verankeren veiligheid in het gedrag en handelen van alle medewerkers. Op deze manier kunnen we het ontstaan en optreden van ongevallen en incidenten voorkomen.
Met deze S@M app hebben Mourik-medewerkers, opdrachtgevers, en derden toegang tot het melden van onveilige en veilige situaties. In deze app kun je veel informatie terugvinden. Bijvoorbeeld over de voortgang van je melding maar ook het laatste onderwerp met betrekking tot de laatste S@M-meeting. Om een melding te maken of informatie te bekijken moet je wel inloggen.
